Reporting has taken extra time because we first had to figure out what information was actually available and how to build the reports which is not very accessible. The design and implementation phase also took quite a while, partly due to how complex our commission structure is. That said, the team was very responsive throughout and we ultimately ended up with a product that matched exactly what we needed and is simple for the team to understand.
