“fantastic support”
Pros
A fantastic platform for us! The UI is polished and the team has been the biggest highlight by far. They stayed right alongside us throughout implementation and helped work through every technical issue we ran into. Honestly, the customer service is some of the best I've ever dealt with. That level of support makes the platform even more enjoyable to use because I know that whenever a technical problem comes up someone is there almost immediately to help.
Cons
The area that could use some improvement is the HubSpot integration. That's where a number of the data sync issues seem to come from. Getting it set up was a bit tricky especially the connection between Common Room and HubSpot although a good part of that is also tied to how we've configured HubSpot on our side as a business.

“powerful outreach and AI tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how easy it is to enroll people directly into sequence outreach. That whole process feels much more organized. We also preferred several of the AI capabilities and that played a big part in our decision to move over from Pocus.
Cons
The weak spot for us is the analytics and reporting side inside the UI which can be a bit hard to work with. Because of that, we still need to ask their engineering team to send over some of the reporting we need. We'd also love the ability to group results by managers and teams, then connect that data back to specific outreach sequences.

“Faster targeting”
Pros
Right away, this software felt flexible from a UX/UI standpoint and simple enough to work with so getting the whole team on board wasn't a struggle. It's been particularly useful for identifying who we should target because it connects intent signals directly to companies and pulls that data from several different sources instead of depending on a single one. That has noticeably accelerated how we build lists since we no longer have to manually piece together signals from separate tools just to decide which accounts are actually worth prioritizing.
Cons
At times, the intent signals come across as a bit too broad which makes it difficult to understand exactly why an account appeared as a target or what specifically triggered it. We also still have some doubts about the deanonymization aspect.

“confusing account overlap”
Pros
Having one place where I can identify the top contacts and accounts to go after is really useful.
Cons
The way organizations and accounts overlap is something I don't like. It gets confusing pretty often and we almost always end up creating and filtering based only on account objects instead of organization objects.

“website visits and github insights”
Pros
Being able to track website visits alongside GitHub data has been really valuable.
Cons
Most things have been solid. My only concern is whether these capabilities might eventually get absorbed by larger platforms.

“powerful unified signals”
Pros
Nothing else I've used brings together this much signal in a way that genuinely drives impact. Their partnerships make it really smooth to build a unified view of a person and the customer support has been top-notch and incredibly helpful throughout.
Cons
Issue is that when bad records end up in your room, you're stuck dealing with them and that can hurt your bottom line, we learned that the hard way more than once. I'd also love to see it evolve further into more of an orchestration platform especially for ABM and AI use cases though that may come with time.

“accessible UI”
Pros
Feels thoughtfully designed and the interface is very accessible. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with it and building workflows is pretty simple. The reports are clear and easy, even if they're a little bare-bones. Overall, the platform has a very mobile, modern feel to it.
Cons
Some of the flows that need to be built for reps come across as a bit hacky. The HubSpot integration can feel that way too at times. In general, parts of the platform still seem pretty early-stage. Reporting has the same issue especially when you have to contact support just to get certain columns moved around or added.

“Needs to be improved”
Pros
It brings together open-source signals along with other signal sources which is useful to have in one place.
Cons
Support has been quite slow and it took more than three months for our issues to finally get resolved.

“strong audience building for outreach”
Pros
This has been a solid tool for building audiences and pulling contact-level data which gives SDRs what they need to do warmer, more targeted outreach.
Cons
I'd love to see direct audience mapping to LinkedIn so more of the process can be automated. Agentic workflows would also be a really nice addition.

“All in one community intelligence”
Pros
After trying plenty of tools in this space, this is the first one that actually brings everything I need together in one place! It handles the full range, from top-of-funnel insights all the way to detailed account engagement visibility. The depth of information is impressive and the amount of time it saves is tough to measure because, before adopting it, I simply didn't have access to much of the data and insight that it now gives me.
Cons
I'd really like to watch it evolve into a true replacement for traditional CRM platforms.
