Setting up more advanced pricing rules can feel a little complicated at times and the learning curve is fairly steep for new users. Having more detailed documentation or step-by-step tutorials would make the onboarding process a lot easier to navigate.

One of the biggest strengths is its powerful pricing optimization. The platform can evaluate market trends, competitor data and customer behavior which helped us make better-informed and more dynamic pricing decisions.

Biggest downside is that the initial setup can take quite a bit of time especially when connecting it with other systems. On top of that, while the platform provides detailed insights, it would be even better with more customizable reporting options to match specific business needs.

Some parts of the mapping still do not work the way they should and can end up requiring a lot of manual effort. That is also true for items that seem like they should be simple to identify but still cannot be found even after several runs.
