Pros
It helped me cut down on order entry mistakes. I really appreciated how it made sure the document matched exactly what the customer wanted. It has made things very easy for me!
Cons
The system doesnt adapt well to different document types. A customer may place an order for PDF format and other times in Excel. Its rare but has happened on a few occasions. We one situation where there were multiple layouts involved and We had to decide whether to create two accounts or ask the customer to make a change.

Pros
The mapping feature is a lot like the report parameters used in Crystal. Not difficult to get the hang of.
Cons
The integration took longer than expected because there was some confusion at the start. Other than that it was alright.

“Efficient and affordable product
Pros
Its impressive how easy it is to use and how it works well with email. The system also connects easily with ours and the reporting is excellent making it easier to track our progress with order automation. This product is such a time saver.
Cons
Setting up, testing and getting a customer live can be pretty challenging and complicated. From what I have seen, it feels like theres a bit of a gap between the programmers and the account manager. I hope they can find a way to fix this soon.
