“Dynamic reports with less effort”

Pros

Creating highly customizable, dynamic reports takes much less effort now than it did before and the enhanced reporting features have made the whole process more efficient.

Cons

Performance still has room for improvement. When handling very large datasets, the loading time can be noticeably slow.

“mass import handles huge volumes”

Pros

When our sales reps need to add thousands of line items to an opportunity, doing it manually is basically unworkable. We solved that by using Conga Grid with the right filters in place along with its mass import feature. Because of that setup, the team can load a very large number of items and we've been able to scale it up to 20,000 lines which has been a big help.

Cons

Switching or toggling between user profile filters can be a bit time consuming at times and they also need to stay current with Salesforce's newer API versions.

“Promising benefits already”

Pros

We're in the middle of a proof of concept and it's already showing some really valuable benefits that look practical for real use. Right now, the focus is on finishing the feasibility review and getting business acceptance completed.

Cons

It's still early since we're in the proof-of-concept stage so there's more to learn as the evaluation continues.

“better data visibility and productivity”

Pros

Working with this software has been really helpful because it lets us navigate, view and manage data across multiple Salesforce objects much more efficiently which has boosted productivity across our organization.

Cons

An area that could be better is the saving functionality. An automatic refresh option would be really useful since right now it needs a full page reload. There are also occasional errors and loading problems that can interrupt the workflow and I'd also like to see better scalability for mobile interfaces.
