From quoting and pricing to billing, the platform automates just about everything which removes a lot of manual work and keeps the whole workflow much more organized. It also connects really well with other tools through API ecosystems so everything runs from one platform and the process feels much more connected and efficient.

Cons

Getting started can be challenging for new users because the learning curve is fairly steep although once everything is implemented, it works very smoothly.

Having a visual view of our fiber network has been really useful especially for identifying on-net and near-net buildings. It also supports the right formats for loading those on-net and near-net locations into other companies' databases which adds a lot of value for our team.

Cons

It's missing a street-view feature similar to what Google Earth offers. It would also be much better if it integrated with Salesforce, including verified on-net and near-net locations directly within sales opportunities for a more practical workflow.

Pros

One of the best parts is the broad selection of provider maps and the connectivity serviceability data available in the platform.

Cons

A downside is that not every provider offers KMZ files and both the maps and the interface come across as a bit outdated. There's also information on broadbandmap.fcc.gov that doesn't appear to be included in it.

Looking up specific locations is very easy and it gives me all the details I need about the building, tenants, plus on-net and near-net service providers in one place.

I haven't run into any problems with the platform.

Right from the start, the platform has been very user friendly. The information in it is genuinely helpful for both buyers and sellers and it also helps open the door to new business conversations when we mention that we already use this software and that many of our customers do too. On top of that, customer support has been very solid based on the feedback I've heard from our Sales Operations Team.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't come across anything I dislike. If anything, I just expect the platform to keep improving over time especially as more smaller providers add their fiber maps and on-net building data into the system.

Connecting with other providers takes a bit longer than I'd prefer but it still gets the job done.
