powerful exports and richer data

Pros

Being able to export contact lists is something I really value and the data enrichment adds a lot by making the information more complete and practical to use.

Cons

The AI message-writing feature can come across a bit cold and it is not consistently that helpful.

clean outreach

Pros

Has been a solid choice because the interface is clean and it really helps simplify outreach workflows. It makes it easier to manage leads, automate sequences and track engagement efficiently which keeps the sales process much more organized and productive.

Cons

Overall, the platform performs well but getting started does come with a bit of a learning curve. More detailed documentation or better onboarding guidance would make the setup process a lot easier.

Changed my outbound experience

Pros

Running outbound as a team of one has been completely different since we brought in this software. We needed something that added real automation to our outreach without losing LinkedIn touchpoints and Crono delivered exactly that. We had used another platform before this and it really wasn't close. I use this software every day and have done for more than a year, even though outbound is now only one part of my role. Ever since one of their SDRs first contacted me, the customer service has been consistently excellent. One of the biggest wins for me is the enrichment feature. Being able to open a prospect's LinkedIn profile, quickly pull in their email and phone number, then drop them straight into a sequence and list saves a huge amount of time. There are other ways to handle this but this setup is the one that works best for how I like to work. I used to hate dealing with our old well-known enrichment provider so having everything I need for outbound in one place has made a massive difference. The reporting is another part of the platform I depend on all the time. I use those insights to shape follow-up outreach to prospects who have opened emails or clicked links and it has genuinely improved both my workflow and my results. It would be nice if that engagement data also appeared directly when viewing a specific email sent to a prospect but that's more of a bonus than a necessity. As it stands, it already works really well for us. The dashboard is also very clear and transparent. Seeing how many tasks I've completed helps me stay focused and keeps me accountable. From a performance standpoint, it has been excellent too! Even managing thousands of contacts on my own, the platform stays fast and reliable. There's no limit on how many contacts you can store so I never have to think about hitting a cap. There are bulk import options if you want to work at scale although I mostly add people manually from LinkedIn. Search is quick and responsive and the system handles a heavy workload without any issues. It works alongside Sales Navigator and after briefly trying it without that setup, I'd say you really need Sales Navigator to get the most from it. That said, it has actually helped me get more value out of Sales Navigator than I was getting before. We also looked into the HubSpot integration and there's clearly a lot of potential there. For my use case and the number of prospects I work through, it pushed too much into HubSpot automatically. I now move contacts over manually once they reach deal stages though I'd still love more detailed control over what gets synced between the two systems. They introduced a more manual option a few months ago but it still didn't fully fit what we needed. Deal tracking is decent as well but because it only supports euros, I keep that side of things in HubSpot. I did test tracking deals in Crono but for me it just duplicated work. Even so, I can absolutely see the value for teams working in euros and I've already shared that feedback. The AI writing assistant has improved a lot in recent weeks too. Earlier on, I was more likely to rely on other tools or just write things myself for personalisation but now Crono's AI has become genuinely useful. It's effective enough that I can count on it for quick, customized outreach and that saves me hours every week as my role has changed over time. Overall, the software is very simple to learn, accessible to use and offers outstanding value for money. The team behind it is responsive, friendly and genuinely helpful. If B2B outbound is a core part of what you do, this tool feels essential :)

Cons

Honestly, there isn't anything that I actively dislike. The areas I'd change are really just quality-of-life improvements rather than actual problems. The biggest thing I'd want is more precise control over integrations especially around deciding exactly what data gets shared between Crono and HubSpot. In our case, we ended up removing the integration. When they later said the process had become more manual, we gave it another try but it still wasn't quite right for what we needed. It's not a major issue, it just means I manually move contacts across once they reach deal stages. I'd also like multi-currency support for deal tracking because that would make it much more useful for teams operating outside euros. Another improvement that would help would be the ability to open a contact record, click into a sent email and immediately see which links they clicked there, rather than having to go into the reporting section separately. None of these points are serious drawbacks. They're just smaller usability upgrades that would make a platform that is already very strong even better.

All in one!

Pros

Been really useful for growing our pool of potential clients for outbound sales! It helps a lot that it connects with all the other platforms we use, like our CRM and Aircall so the whole process can be handled in one place. The AI feature automatically personalizes each message in a way that feels natural so it doesn't come across like a bot wrote it and instead sounds like a real person took the time to customize it. Getting everything set up at the beginning was also very easy especially with the help of the customer success team.

Cons

Nothing so far.

powerful client discovery platform

Pros

A really positive experience! The platform felt accessible and pleasant to use and it has been genuinely useful for finding new clients and spotting business opportunities. Even though there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, the way the developers designed it makes things clear and manageable. After spending some time with it, I was able to navigate and use the full platform effectively. The initial setup was also quite easy.

Cons

There were a few issues at the start but the customer support team handled them quickly and got everything sorted out.

fast setup

Pros

It has been really helpful for outreach. The platform is easy to use, gives immediate feedback and the AI features are well implemented. The prompts feel thoughtfully built and trained around how professional SDRs actually work which makes them more useful in practice. It also feels more accessible and much clearer on pricing than the tool we were using before and getting everything set up initially took very little time.

Cons

A limitation is that you need to have LinkedIn open for the extension to work which can be a bit restrictive at times.

handy email outreach tools

Pros

One thing that's been really useful is being able to send emails to multiple people at once and quickly search for contacts. It saves me a lot of time and helps make sure my message reaches more people at the same time. Getting everything set up in the beginning was also quite simple.

Cons

I'd still appreciate more clarity around the available credits, along with the option to connect and interact directly with our CRM.

useful campaign insights

Pros

This has become my go-to tool for finding prospect email addresses and running sales campaigns. It helps me build a better-profiled database and I really value being able to discover new contacts. On top of that, the campaign management and analytics features are very helpful for spotting which leads show the strongest interest in our services and for creating targeted, ad hoc campaigns for those contacts.

Cons

A few smaller issues came up along the way but after we reported them, they were gradually resolved. The biggest improvement I'd still like to see is an integration between this software and our Microsoft CRM so both databases stay aligned. Also, the initial setup process is easy but it could be made more accessible.
