“Excellent support for email backlog”

Pros

Coming back from maternity leave, I was facing a huge pile of emails and it felt incredibly overwhelming. Sean and the team helped me put their script into action and it made getting through that backlog much faster. The service they provided was excellent and I'd definitely recommend them!

Cons

There aren't any major downsides. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have categorized emails moved into folders instead of remaining in the inbox.
