Every time I present to a client with this software, the result looks polished and professional. It really brings my presentations to life and I always feel proud of the work I'm showing. Honestly, it has been so reliable for me that I can't see myself switching to anything else.

Cons

The part I like least about the software is that Adobe Flash is really difficult to use on my computer which can make things frustrating at times.

Compared with standard PowerPoint-style tools, this platform gives me a lot more to work with especially when it comes to creating branded presentations. Being cloud-based is another big plus since I can get to my documents from different devices whenever I need them. I also really appreciate having the option to add videos which makes presentations feel more dynamic.

Cons

Analytics side of the software could be more effective especially for new users who are still learning how everything works.

Pros

Being able to play videos offline is a big plus especially when presenting somewhere with a weak connection or when the office isn't much help getting everything set up.

Cons

Interface doesn't behave the way Finder or Windows does so it can take some getting used to. The recently added search feature definitely helps but if you're managing a lot of presentations and media, you still need to stay very organized or things can get messy fast.

Something that really works well is the ability to incorporate video and sharing presentations with other people is very convenient.

Cons

The downside is that there are occasional errors and when exporting to PowerPoint, the entire presentation can't be imported without becoming flattened.

Pros

I really appreciate that several users can work on the same presentation at the same time which makes collaboration much better. It's also very useful that we can track when people view our presentations when email entry is required to open them and being able to host a meeting so others can follow along is another strong feature.

Cons

There are still some limitations when it comes to formatting certain transitions. Some of the features also took a bit of time to learn so there was definitely a learning curve.

Building dynamic presentations and actually using them effectively has been a big advantage! Another major plus is the tracking since it lets us see who viewed the presentation and how often they came back to it.

Cons

Getting a sales team that is used to working in PowerPoint to switch over has been and still is, a challenge. A lot of that comes down to updates not happening as quickly as they do in PPT.

Being web-based makes sharing and updating presentations really convenient since there's no need to keep doing a "save as." It's also a big plus that several people can work on the same project at the same time.

Cons

Presentations with large images tend to slow down slide transitions which can be frustrating during playback. It would be helpful to have the recommended image size or resolution clearly listed, along with some kind of warning when a file is too large.

Pros

Having the ability to add videos is a big plus and the ROI is very clear. I also really enjoy that it's a cloud-based platform.

Cons

Design tools could be better especially since grouping items isn't possible and the color swatches are hard to work with. It would also be nice to have the option to add images to shapes.

Pros

Sharing presentations with coworkers or clients is very convenient. Any time something is changed in the library, all linked slides update automatically which saves a lot of time. Importing videos and images is also very easy.

Cons

A search feature is really needed. With a large library, items can get lost pretty easily and sorting through everything becomes difficult. The software is excellent overall but this has been a significant issue in the past.

There's a lot this software can do and that range of features is what I appreciate most. Whenever I present with it, I feel confident the presentation will stand out.

Cons

Can be challenging to use and it doesn't feel very user friendly. A lot of my coworkers end up choosing PowerPoint instead because it's simpler to work with.

One of the best parts for me is the video side of the presentations. I also really appreciate being able to see when people have viewed my presentations. Those are definitely the two features I value the most.

Cons

Using it can feel a bit confusing at times especially when it comes to saving presentations. Adding images and figuring out where they get saved also tends to throw me off now and then.

Pros

Putting presentations together feels very smooth and being able to customize elements so easily while adding video is a big plus.

Cons

It does crash unexpectedly at times and it would really help to have an option to export text when transferring a presentation to PowerPoint.

Gives me a lot of room to be creative! Video backgrounds and strong visuals make the content feel much more lively and attention-grabbing. I also really appreciate the image shadowing option because it adds extra depth and dimension. The webinar feature is another big plus. It's also very useful that I can present without being online, while still being able to share presentations so others can browse through them whenever they want. It covers pretty much every option I need.

Cons

The only thing I haven't liked is that the software relies on Adobe Flash although I was very happy to see that an HTML5 upgrade is planned for this year.
