Right away, the customer contacts, shared links, product listings and the different recording options stood out to me. I genuinely enjoy using most of the features. The only part that keeps tripping me up is how expenses, sales and profit seem to overlap which makes it really hard to understand. It would also be helpful to have a way to record leftover items that were not sold or products that got spoiled.

Whenever I enter expenses, it seems to interfere with the profit figures when I review my monthly sales and that gets confusing. On top of that, the chart only displays the highest daily sales, even when I switch it to view the whole week.

Across almost any smartphone I've tried, the app runs really well which makes it convenient for different users and devices. The interface is easy and simple to understand so getting around the app doesn't take much effort. Being able to download a receipt is another really useful feature and adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

Cons

Adding integration with payment gateways like PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Pesapal and Lipa na M-Pesa would be a huge step forward for this app. A lot of local software already includes payment options and their POS systems can automatically reconcile the bill with the amount paid so having that here would make a big difference. It would also be helpful if the app could connect to a printer, whether wired or wireless, for direct printouts. Because of the sensitivity and security of business data, introducing a one-time PIN (OTP) during login would be a valuable improvement as well. On top of that, a desktop version that users can install and access from different workstations, with both online and offline POS capabilities, would make the software even more practical.

Right from the free version, it covers everything I need for everyday use. Having separate buy orders and being able to choose how they're applied, whether by combining prices or using the highest or lowest price, makes it much easier to understand the actual profit on each sale. The option to set up different product variations is also very practical and adds a lot of value.

Cons

I have to check stock and adjust it manually since it sometimes shows inaccurate readings for my current inventory. It may be partly user error but that part of the system could definitely be made a bit more easy.

Everything about it has worked really well for me especially the e-receipt option which is one of my favorite features.

One thing that would make the invoice experience better is having more specific VAT tax features. We're in the UK and some items don't have VAT so that needs to be handled more clearly.
