Cutting back hours of manual prospecting and replacing several separate data tools made the value of this software obvious pretty quickly. The ROI has been the biggest win for me! It also covers a surprisingly wide range of use cases, from lead generation and company or contact enrichment to scraping and filtering across a large mix of sources, all under one subscription. The API is another big advantage. It's powerful enough to pull data programmatically and connect Databar to the workflows and tools I already rely on instead of keeping it isolated as a separate platform. On top of that, the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever questions came up.

Cons

Getting started does involve a small learning curve, mainly because the platform offers so much functionality and it takes a bit of time to understand where everything is. Once you spend some time with it though, it becomes much more manageable and nothing feels overly difficult.

Right away, the automation features stood out and saved a lot of manual effort. The data quality has been consistently impressive, the interface is clear and easy to work with and the support team responds quickly whenever help is needed. On top of that, the product keeps getting regular updates and improvements and there are plenty of API options available which adds a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features definitely take time to learn so there is a bit of a learning curve there. Also, minor technical glitches do happen from time to time although they are not very frequent.

Has been excellent for scraping and data enrichment because the whole experience feels very accessible. Using both the API and the Chrome extension is effortless which makes the work much faster. A lot of scraping tools tend to have outdated, hard-to-follow UI/UX but this one stands out with a clean, attractive interface that's genuinely simple to navigate. The support team is also consistently helpful and the AI chat companion is a nice touch when you get stuck and need quick guidance.

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about right now. I've been happy with just about everything although I'd still love to see more API integrations added in the future.

Since it's still a startup, a few minor issues come up from time to time which is understandable and these should be addressed if they follow through on what they've promised. The credit pricing can feel a bit expensive at first although the cost per credit is still lower than Clay at this point.

Between the wide range of data sources it provides, I can pull just about any information that's available online. It's been really helpful for building prospecting contact lists and finding candidates fast. The support team has also been excellent.

It feels like I'm only scratching the surface of everything it is capable of.

Pulling together the exact data I need from multiple sources is incredibly flexible. It's especially valuable for lead generation and data enrichment thanks to the depth of filtering available and the large number of data sources you can tap into. David and the team have also been very supportive and quick to respond whenever needed. Really strong tool overall.

Cons

The interface can feel a little tricky to navigate at first until you become familiar with it. The sheer number of available sources can also seem overwhelming in the beginning although that becomes much less of an issue once you understand how everything works.

This has been a very budget friendly option for managing data and being able to plug in our own APIs while still keeping all the integrations in place is a huge plus.

Cons

I'd love to see the platform add more real estate APIs especially something like Zillow, along with extra phone verification tools such as clearoutphone.io. It would also be even better to have more email verification choices like Reoon and MillionVerifier.

After searching for an alternative to clay.com, I ended up using this software and it's been exactly what I needed. I mainly rely on it to prospect potential backlink opportunities and it saves me hours of manual work since I no longer have to click through every single link just to find email addresses.
