I love how store staff can take lessons at their own pace and receive free products to experience the benefits of ION*. There's nothing better than having a positive first-hand user experience to advocate for the brand!
Cons
We have encountered a few minor issues but the team has always been quick to resolve them and ensure everything is running smoothly.

The reporting is simple to understand, customizable and optimized for our brand as well as our individual customers. The account management team is amazing !!!! they go above and beyond to be helpful, informative and to teach us best practices.
Cons

Pros
I enjoy working with ExpertVoice and hope we can improve the program to suit businesses like mine with lower-value items. The team has been very responsive and helpful. Managing the daily activities, such as processing orders, is easy.
Cons
The fees for our product were too high. We are okay with paying a commission per sale, but the extra platform fees made this program too costly for us. Also I feel there are limitations when it comes to reporting.

This is an honest platform with well-designed educational modules that create engaging content that is easy to retain.
Cons
Their analytical tool is a bit slow. It takes time to load specific analytics and getting back to the homepage after viewing them can be time consuming.

Pros
It has provided the highest level of value compared to any other marketing campaigns we have done. It's an excellent way to get new products into people's hands, providing honest reviews. Their marketing campaigns offer a high ROI and their customer service is unparalleled.
Cons
I wish there was more automation for imports/exports so that manual data entry isn't required. Perhaps this feature exists but I haven't had access to it.

ExpertVoice is a valued partner in our brand and marketing strategy at Royal Canin. We greatly value the influence of recommenders for our brand and it has been fantastic in sending learnings and promoting advocacy across the US to our preferred experts and retailers.
Cons
Conversion is a major focus for our business and we would love to see more detailed data and reporting on store-level conversions. It would be great to see where recommendations directly lead to conversions. While equity and awareness are valuable, lower funnel conversion and ROI data would have an even bigger impact on our business.

ExpertVoice offers our company the opportunity to reach a broader market and engage with consumers in a smoother, more fluid way. They've also helped improve our professional/industry discount program by facilitating those orders, allowing us to focus more on advertising and marketing efforts.
Cons
I'd prefer to have direct control over certain features like store page design, visible information, and inventory management. The lead time required to update and add new products slows down our ability to move products as quickly as we'd like. Having more access to modify prices and update product details would be beneficial, especially considering how often our industry changes.
