“User friendly quoting efficiency”

Pros

Right from the start this software felt very user friendly and easy to navigate. Being able to generate quotes at the same time saves a lot of time and makes the whole process more efficient. The setup was also simple and accessible which made using the platform a really enjoyable experience overall.

Cons

One thing that could be better is how the system handles duplicates especially when the same policies show up more than once. It would be helpful if those duplicates were removed automatically instead of having to deal with them manually.

“centralized workflows that save time”

Pros

Having client information, policies, carrier downloads, communications and workflows all in one place has been the most useful part of it for us. The biggest benefit is how flexible it can be, we're able to connect it with other tools and set up automations that reduce repetitive tasks, keep processes more consistent and make it easier for our team to quickly identify accounts that need attention.

Cons

The part that frustrates me most is how limited it can be when it comes to integrating with other technologies. For an agency management system, getting access to data or linking outside tools can be unexpectedly difficult and I often have to depend on manual workarounds or custom processes that really shouldn't be needed.

“Missing producer performance reports”

Pros

One thing it does well is the overall management system. It keeps all the data we need in one place and that's especially valuable for our agency.

Cons

Where it falls short is reporting. As an agency owner, I don't have reports that help me evaluate each producer's performance at the individual level. I need a quick place to see monthly details for each agent, such as how many policies they started with, how many were rewritten and how many were lost. That missing breakdown is the biggest issue for me. The lack of meaningful performance reporting is significant and it's the reason I gave it this rating.

“Helpful texting and e-signatures”

Pros

The texting feature works well and the e-signature option has been very helpful too. Being able to set follow ups is a big plus and it's convenient that the system can send emails and automatically attach them to the customer profile. The certificate system also feels very user friendly.

Cons

There's still plenty of room to improve the reporting side. The reports feel pretty limited right now especially when it comes to filtering options.

“All in one insurance efficiency”

Pros

Bringing quoting, customer management and policy management into one platform is the part I appreciate most. It really helps agencies run more efficiently and gives agents more time to focus on serving clients instead of juggling separate systems. I also value the company's emphasis on innovation, customer service and ongoing improvement. That mindset matches the way I approach my work and it's the kind of team I'd be excited to be part of because of its commitment to helping insurance professionals succeed.

Cons

A place where it still has room to grow is the onboarding experience for new users. Since the platform includes such a broad set of features, it can take a while before someone feels fully comfortable navigating all of the tools and workflows.

“helpful renewal tracking”

Pros

Staying updated about my clients insurance renewals is much more manageable with it and the system is simple to navigate and use.

Cons

An annoyance is that every form I download from it includes plus signs "+" in the file name. It becomes a hassle having to rename each file especially when I'm updating certificates.

“organized workflows”

Pros

Keeping up with task history and opportunity tracking has been really helpful for staying organized at our insurance agency! The interface looks modern and the AI features make the whole system feel very organized. It's also useful for accessing and managing accounts and I appreciate that there are multiple ways to complete tasks because it adds flexibility. Another feature that stands out is the hidden rating system which has been helpful for training and handling carrier-related work. Overall, it has made our daily organization and efficiency much better.

Cons

A few areas could still be improved. I'd really like to see a more detailed task view directly from the main dashboard. It would also help if there were a better way to communicate and interact with the team inside the platform.

“frustrating and outdated!”

Pros

Honestly there's nothing about it that I enjoy. The only reason I use it is because my aggregator requires it. I regularly send their decision makers information about other options that seem like a much better use of my time and do a far better job of keeping track of information for me.

Cons

Using it feels anything but accessible. It's missing functions that, after more than 20 years in insurance, I consider pretty basic. On top of that, their customer service makes you feel like you're wasting their time unless you happen to have a computer science background.

“Easy to see everything”

Pros

Everything related to my system is kept together in one centralized place which makes it much easier to see all the information at once.

Cons

There's a lot of information packed into it and at times it can feel overwhelming trying to tell whether something has been missed.

Pros

Moving client information over has been a very smooth process.

I'd still want downloaded information to be organized so the details I need appear right away instead of having to dig around for them.

“Faster leads and a useful dashboard”

Pros

Was very simple to get started with and that made the whole experience positive right away! It's been productive and effective for me because it helps me find leads more quickly. The dashboard is another feature I really appreciate since it adds even more value to how well the system works.

Cons

No cons to highlight here.

“All client info in one hub”

Pros

Having all of a client's information entered in one place is really convenient. The external links to Google Maps, the property appraiser site and Zillow are a nice touch and save time. Being able to run all the quotes from a single place is also extremely helpful.

Cons

Getting up to speed with it takes a while. Relying on youtube tutorials with ads in between each one feels outdated and makes the learning process more time consuming.

“Love the tools offered!”

Pros

The Auto and HomeRater tools are the parts I value most. The auto rater helps us bring in more business because it makes it easier to compare options and find the best fit for our clients. Getting it up and running in the beginning was very simple!

Cons

I'm not happy with the limited number of home carriers. On top of that, the home screen asks too many questions which makes setting up home insurance pretty difficult. It still needs improvement when it comes to Home and TP3.

“Organized pipelines”

Pros

Working from an insurance producer assistant's perspective, EZLynx really delivers with a clean, accessible UI/UX that keeps client information and pipelines well organized. Its integrations are a big plus too especially for real-time quoting and staying connected with carriers without extra hassle. The system performs reliably and the automation and AI tools make follow-ups quicker, cut down on manual tasks and help keep prospect tracking on point. It also brings solid ROI by saving time and helping move deals along faster and the onboarding and support team make getting started and staying productive pretty painless.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. Aside from occasional maintenance periods, it can get pretty slow afterward.
