“Good software”
Pros
Quoting is easy and it does a really good job of storing documents and keeping a record of client interactions.
Cons
It would be even better if it could handle commercial insurance quotes and the system has more downtime than I'd expect.

“all policies in one place!”
Pros
Having everything tied to an account in one place is really helpful especially being able to see a full overview and quickly pull up policy details and other important information. Performance is usually solid too. It may lag a little after updates but once things settle down, it picks back up and runs well again. The AI feature is a nice addition since it helps summarize what has been happening with an account. Overall, it's a good product.
Cons
Not being able to view the wording used on past certificates after opening a new certificate holder request is frustrating. Needing to save it, back out and then search all over again gets tiring. I previously worked in Epic using CSR24 and that setup was much better in this area. Being able to see the certificate holder and all related attachments on the same screen, then choose which attachments to include, was extremely convenient. That part of the workflow in EZ doesn't feel nearly as smooth.

“Organized workflow”
Pros
Right from the start, it made my workflow feel much more organized and easy. Entering client information is quick and sending it out to multiple carriers for quotes is very convenient. The note taking tools help me stay on top of everything that's happening and the reminders are useful for keeping important tasks from slipping through the cracks. The initial setup was also very simple so getting up and running didn't take much effort at all.
Cons
Don't have any negative experiences to mention.

“very user friendly overall”
Pros
Being comfortable with it doesn't take long at all. The system is very user friendly and simple to learn.
Cons
I don't like that once a note or task is created, there's no way to delete it. It really should also include an option to edit or remove those entries.

“Quoting convenience”
Pros
It instantly brings up the insured's information when they call and it lets us quote both auto and home from the same place! The system is very simple to work with and it makes managing all of our customer information much more convenient. Since we use it every day, everyone in the office can quickly see what happened during a call which helps a lot with communication. Getting everything set up in the beginning was also very manageable and convenient.
Cons
Part that gets frustrating is that it does not keep all of the carrier question details we have already entered before. It would save a lot of time during quoting if the system also remembered producer codes instead of making us enter them again for our clients.

“Accessible with helpful EVA AI”
Pros
Running it primarily as our CRM has been a really positive experience because the platform feels very accessible to navigate. The newer EVA AI feature has done a lot to organize daily tasks and the activity summary on an insured's account is especially useful. Getting everything set up in the beginning was also very user friendly so the transition over felt effortless.
Cons
I'd still like to see more integrations. There are a few tools we rely on that currently don't connect with this one and having those available would make the platform even better.

“user friendly setup and texting”
Pros
Easy to get started with and the platform feels really user friendly without being complicated at all. The text messaging feature has also been a big plus since it helps keep all client communication organized without having to use my personal phone. On top of that, the initial setup was simple and clear so it was easy to understand from the beginning.
Cons
The only thing I'd like to see is a notification when a carrier login in it stops working or has expired.

“powerful reporting platform”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons I value this software is its innovation and the depth of its reporting system. The technology behind it is impressive and having everything centralized in one place makes a real difference day to day. From a CFO perspective, the reports are especially useful because they highlight what's working, support better business decisions and help me run the company effectively using the numbers it provides. On top of that, the automation tools in the sales center and retention center help keep my team organized and make sure opportunities don't slip through the cracks.
Cons
My biggest frustration is how often things get changed. It would make my job much easier if I wasn't constantly logging in to find that something is different every time I open it.

“organized quoting”
Pros
Has been a huge help for managing insurance clients! It keeps quoting easy and makes daily task organization much more manageable. I really appreciate having client portfolios kept neat organized and easy to access whenever I need them. Staying on top of tasks is much simpler with it since it's clear what needs attention each day and what should be prioritized first. The setup at the beginning was also very easy which made getting started a big plus.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Having a separate profile for every client or company makes tracking everything much more manageable and it saves me from bouncing around individual carrier websites. The newer location feature has been really helpful too: I can click once and go straight to the address I'm quoting instead of looking it up manually in Google. Another big plus is being able to pull quotes for most carriers directly inside the software which cuts out a lot of extra steps.
Cons
If the rater isn't functioning the way it should, it disrupts the workflow. That may sometimes be tied to an issue with a specific carrier.

“helpful policy notes and texting”
Pros
Being able to pin notes directly on policies has been really useful. The option to send texts through the policy is something I appreciate as well.
Cons
When policies come up for renewal, it is not always very accessible to tell that they are renewals which can end up creating duplicate entries.

“time saving quoting”
Pros
Using this software has been a real time saver when I'm putting together client quotes. I can keep important customer details and documents stored in one place and the reminder feature helps me stay on top of future quote requests. The system is easy to use which makes the whole process faster and that matters a lot when every minute counts. Getting started was also very simple and the setup was clear from the beginning.
Cons
One thing I wish were better is the home quoting process since it could be more easy. We also work across multiple states and when I try quoting someone in Florida or Pennsylvania, the system won't let me move forward past the details section. On top of that, not every company can be quoted through EZLynx. For example, with Cure, I still have to leave the platform and go directly to their website to complete a quote.

“working with clients made simple!”
Pros
Being able to quote several insurance carriers at the same time makes working with clients much simpler since I can quickly see which company offers the best rate for that customer. It saves me a lot of time because I do not have to log into each carrier individually to run quotes.
Cons
The platform does feel a little outdated at times. Not being able to edit notes is definitely a drawback. I have also run into issues when pulling up policies, where older policy periods appear for the customer.

“Perfect for growing agencies”
Pros
Feels like a complete agency management platform. The interface is clean and user friendly and it becomes more accessible the more you use it. Its integrations are a big advantage especially for real-time quoting and staying connected with carriers and other third party tools without extra hassle. Being cloud-based has also been reliable and the automation features cut down a lot of manual work. Even though the pricing can be higher than some other options, the time savings, quicker workflows and ability to scale make the return on investment worth it for a growing agency. The structured onboarding process and responsive support also make it a practical option for teams that want to modernize operations without having to change systems as they grow.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about. At times it can be a little slow but aside from that, it has been good overall.

“Customer info and quoting”
Pros
The system is user friendly, template creation is very helpful and the added automation has been a nice improvement that continues to make things more efficient.
Cons
The API can be unreliable at times although some of that may be tied to carrier website issues and it's still the problem I run into most often. There are also times when quotes fail to go through and the explanations in the quoting section are too vague to clearly show what caused the issue. An optional feature to automatically retain renewal dates on the quote input pages would also be helpful since updating them over and over gets monotonous.

“Good experience”
Pros
Handling client accounts in the insurance space with it has been a positive experience. It lets me take care of data entry, send out e-signature forms, add notes and run quotes without a lot of extra steps. I also rely on it to keep all documents stored within each client account which is very important for the way I work. Having client files, quoting and e-signatures all together in one system has made my overall workflow much more organized.
Cons
A frustrating part is that if data gets entered incorrectly, there isn't really a way to delete it or fix it afterward. The electronic signature process also feels like it could be more accessible especially for older clients who can get confused when their signature ends up in the wrong spot. It's also a problem that I can't view or correct things like a date of birth or driver's license number once that information has been entered.
