“powerful coaching insights”

Pros

Gives me actionable insight into each rep's performance in one centralized place which makes everything simple to review and understand. I'm able to share detailed feedback and offer practical recommendations that help improve individual results. Has made my team's 1:1s better and helped us work more effectively overall.

Cons

Nothing at the moment. I've been really impressed with what the platform can do.

“flexible dashboards and strong support”

Pros

The flexibility really stands out especially when building dashboards. It handles different types of data well, makes trend tracking useful and the support team has been excellent especially our account manager.

Cons

The only downside is that the data doesn't load live so updates can take hours to appear.

“helpful KPI tracking, limited drill-down”

Pros

Its goals feature has been really helpful for getting a clear overview of how my team is performing and seeing how close everyone is to hitting their KPIs.

Cons

Not as configurable as I'd want :( I'd also like the ability to click deeper into opportunities, similar to Salesforce so I can do more detailed analysis.

“Love the real time visibility!”

Pros

Having clear, real-time visibility into activity, pipeline health, goal attainment and other key metrics helps me stay proactive instead of reactive when coaching my reps. It turns complicated sales data into practical insights that are simple to understand so I can easily monitor progress, spot bottlenecks and give my team more focused, actionable feedback.

Cons

The one thing that would make it even better is deeper AI driven sales data especially through a Gong integration so pipeline reviews could happen in one convenient place.

“Complete pipeline overview”

Pros

The dashboards are really useful for setting Weekly Expectations with the team and they also do a good job of keeping Pipeline Hygiene in check by showing which opportunities have been left untouched.

Cons

One challenge is that scraping activity depends on having the end user's email alias but our team works through the channel so it would be better if there were another way to tie the activity to the right opportunity and make sure credit is given for the meeting or activity. If the end user is not included on the email or meeting, the system cannot locate the opportunity. It would be really helpful if there were some way to go back and associate or true up those activities although I understand that may not be possible since it was raised early on. Another thing I would change is in the Poor opps view, where the account or opportunity owner is not shown so you have to click into each one individually just to see who owns the account.

“I rely on it!”

Pros

New goals feature has been fantastic and the sales coach is something I rely on every single day.

Cons

It's really helpful being able to build different views for each person and set individual goals. I use it in my 1:1 coaching sessions and check it daily to stay on top of our metrics :)

“accessible dashboards for coaching”

Pros

Compared with Salesforce dashboards, the interface feels much more accessible and user friendly and it makes coaching reps a lot simpler by clearly highlighting the areas that need attention.

Cons

What I'd change is the click path when digging into details, I wish it were a bit more easy.

“Presents data well”

Pros

When a team needs clear visibility into X, Y and Z, this tool does a really good job! It turns the data into something much more understandable and presents it in a way that's simple to digest. I especially appreciate how clearly it breaks down rep performance over time, whether that's week to week, month to month or quarter to quarter. Getting everything up and running was also very easy and the support team has been consistently helpful.

Cons

It isn't as flexible as I'd want it to be. I tend to work with fairly advanced metrics and the platform feels a bit restricted in what it can handle there. Another downside is the data refresh timing: it can take around a day for the data to come through which isn't ideal when I'm keeping a close eye on my sales team every single day.

“actionable coaching insights”

Pros

The software gives our team detailed dashboards that surface actionable insights and the AI analysis makes it simple to compare results across the whole team. It helps highlight which reps are underperforming or overperforming at a high level so we can coach them more effectively in the right areas.

Cons

Since we started using it, my feedback to team members has felt much more immediate and actionable and I have no cons to mention.

“cluttered and repetitive tracking”

Pros

It is useful to see how many contacts are connected to each account and where everyone stands overall.

Cons

The platform isn't awful but there's so much clutter that it becomes hard to navigate. Most of the numbers are already available in Salesforce and the training materials haven't been very helpful. At first it seemed promising but after a while it started to feel repetitive and outdated. I'm also not convinced the comparisons are fully fair since some people have larger teams than others. It doesn't account for holidays either so the targets stay the same which is frustrating. On top of that, it takes too many steps to do something simple that I could create in Salesforce in just a few seconds.

“So impressive”

Pros

Right out of the box, it delivers an impressive level of visibility into sales rep performance. Before we brought it in, our frontline leaders just didn't have the data they needed to coach reps effectively. Now they finally do and our managers are logging into this software almost every day. On top of that, their team has been incredibly responsive and supportive. They've helped us build out what we need, joined live calls with our leaders to train them on the platform and I've even had a live conversation with the CEO about ways to make it even more valuable.

Cons

No cons to mention!

“Simple to pull analytics”

Pros

One of the best parts for me is how simple it is to pull analytics. I often need reports on short notice that would be much harder to put together in Salesforce and with this tool I can build them quickly without needing to ask SOPs for support.

Cons

Another feature I really enjoy is Sales Coach. It gives helpful insights into each person on my team and it's something I check every single day.

“easy interface”

Pros

A very accessible analytics platform to work with! The interface feels accessible and it only took a few days to get comfortable using it, while still delivering meaningful insights. Putting dashboards together is easy and I can share them with both reps and managers to help drive changes based on actionable data. On top of that, their team has been fantastic about helping me configure the platform around the specific needs of my organization.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about the tool though there are some limitations that come with a low-code, no-code analytics platform like this. Because the number of custom metrics is somewhat limited, getting to the exact insight I want can be challenging at times. That said, the metrics available still do an excellent job of pointing me toward the areas where I need to dig deeper.

“quota tracking and AI insights”

Pros

It gives me a clear view of how my team is performing against quota, pipeline and meeting targets. The dashboards are simple to follow so everyone can quickly check where they stand on goals and the AI suggestions are genuinely useful when someone starts slipping behind. It also helps surface opportunities that need a few more touches to keep them moving through the pipeline. One thing that has saved us a lot of time is the calendar integration: meeting data gets pulled in automatically so we no longer have to log every single meeting manually in the CRM. That makes it much easier to measure and track meeting activity by week, month and quarter. On top of that, their support team has been excellent and very willing to help train our team on how to get the most out of the platform.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't run into any drawbacks. I've been using the tool for about five months and nothing negative has come up so far.

“comprehensive content controls”

Pros

There are extensive options and settings for every stage of content generation which makes the platform feel very complete. It's easy to get started with and put into practice and you can keep using it as often as your usage allows.

Cons

It doesn't really meet content generation needs at all and the pricing feels a little on the expensive side.

“clear scripts with strong potential”

Pros

The scripts are well crafted and accurate and the app itself is laid out in a clear organized way. It also shows a lot of promise when it comes to writing and generating text.

Cons

Honestly I don't see any real downsides other than the pricing.

“Fast support”

Pros

Using this has been pretty effortless but it still delivers a lot of value. The weekly emails are especially useful because they call out important focus areas, wins and places that could use improvement. It's impressive how much visibility you get into the team without constantly having to sit in on everything or be side by side with every team member. On top of that, the customer support has been outstanding! Responses come quickly and issues get resolved fast.

Cons

I've been using it for more than a year and honestly, I can't think of any drawbacks.

“Good customer service”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how supportive the team has been. They're always willing to set aside time to help my team and make sure we have the support we need.

“powerful territory planning tool”

Pros

Fullcast is a very detailed and thoughtfully built application. I've dealt with plenty of complex territory plans that change all the time and this platform handles them quickly and efficiently.

Cons

My only real concern was that the UI felt like it needed an update and it looks like the new leadership team agreed since they made that a top priority.

“helpful org chart builder”

Pros

Building an org chart is probably the most useful feature for me. It helps a lot because I can just move people around between nodes and the org chart updates on its own. Their team is also consistently helpful and setting up nodes and hierarchies is simple to do.

Cons

At times, it doesn't calculate the values correctly and ends up showing inaccurate targets.
