“Clear onboarding”
Pros
Getting started with the API was easy and the guidance around which insights to pull is clearly laid out. The portal is clean and simple to navigate and the API has been consistently available without causing any production performance problems. Support has also been dependable and the onboarding process is well organized and easy to follow. Pricing could still be improved though especially if it were tied more closely to actual usage instead of a rigid fixed model.
Cons
Pricing for API insights follows a fixed standard structure rather than a usage based model. That setup is not ideal for publishers dealing with seasonality and shifting trends throughout the year, where traffic levels can vary significantly.

“affordable API enrichment value”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about it is how easy the API is to work with and it lets us run a fairly high volume of enrichments without the cost getting out of hand.
Cons
At times, the API responses don't feel completely consistent. It seems like the API could use a bit more attention and refinement.

“Rich lead data from email”
Pros
With FullContact's Enrich API, a single email address can reveal a much clearer profile of a person. It pulls in details like name, age, gender, city, country, job title and plenty of other useful information. That kind of data is really valuable when it comes to identifying and qualifying leads more effectively.
Cons
One downside is that the pricing structure is a bit confusing and the sales team tends to push larger, more expensive packages pretty aggressively.

“worth the price!”
Pros
Getting started was easy, the platform is simple to use and the pricing is reasonable. It has become a key part of our infrastructure and they've been dependable the whole time we've used it.
Cons
The match rate holds up well against other options but you still have to be cautious when the data is shown to customers since wrong entries can stand out in a bad way, like incorrect photos and similar details.

“Really good!”
Pros
After nearly two years of using the platform, it still creates that big "wow" reaction from both customers and prospects every time.
Cons
From time to time, prospects raise privacy concerns. They often ask how so much data can be collected so quickly while still being handled in a privacy conscious way and I don't think that's a concern that can be resolved very easily.

“reliable data and good support”
Pros
Working with it has been a really positive experience for our development team! Their team is responsive, supportive and consistently helpful whenever we need assistance. The data quality is also very dependable since it's verified by real people which gives us a lot of confidence in what they provide.
Cons
Honestly, we have no complaints. We're very happy with the software and its API.

“Improves match rate”
Pros
Getting the API up and running was very easy and the documentation made integration simple. It has also been very stable in use. The asynchronous workflow through webhooks helps improve the match rate which is especially valuable in cases where waiting a few minutes for results is acceptable.
Cons
At the moment, we are seeing about a 50% matching rate so there is definitely space for improvement. We also miss the batch endpoint that existed in v2. Some fields from the Enrich API generate too many false positives particularly age, employment and education. Another gap is the lack of a clearly documented list of supported profile networks. Since outdated data is normal with APIs like this, it would be very helpful to have a timestamp showing when each data point was last updated so we know when to stop relying on it. On top of that, the rate limit of 600 queries per minute feels quite low for batch profile processing.
