A good digital sales room

Pros

What I appreciate most about this tool is that it offers the most comprehensive digital sales room available. I have tried other options but none have the same set of features as GetAccept. From the start of the sales cycle to contract signing and closing, it always provides relevant suggestions to help move the deal forward.

Cons

The initial implementation can be a bit complex, but that's typical for all digital sales rooms. The key is to fine tune the way you implement the system for your most important opportunities.

Its helpful but there's room for improvement

Pros

The ability to quickly personalize contracts is really a standout feature for me.

Cons

Smart reminders are useful, but once contracts expire, I no longer see them.

An effective e-signature tool

Pros

Since using this tool, getting contracts signed by our clients has been so much easier. The platform is userfriendly and their customer support team is very responsive. Tracking activities is also simple and I appreciate how it makes it easy to sign documents globally, saving us valuable time. It is also more affordable compared to other tools available in the market.

Cons

The system is working very well overall. The only limitation is the customization options, which are somewhat restricted. And sometimes the e-signatures can cause issues, but this is rare.

Pros

We loved the ability to automatically sign documents, create and store highly customizable templates, and automate the sending of documents through its API are features. We rely on them very much.

Cons

Organizing 'versions' of documents in a clean and clear way can be a bit tricky. Long document templates can be slow to load during setup. It would be helpful to set up custom fields that could be used across the entire account, instead of having to recreate the same field in multiple templates.

Packed with amazing features

Pros

The system has a simple and clean interface that is easy to navigate. HD video quality and live chats are a great addition. Notifications alert me when a prospect opens the document, and the process of getting documents and signatures remotely is seamless. Managing sales and workflows is smooth.

Cons

I seriously don't have much to add, but I fell the image customization process is a bit clunky.

Things to know before choosing GetAccept

Pros

We chose it primarily for two reasons: the accuracy of its electronic and digital signatures, which is among the best in the industry and the security it provides for documents.

Cons

The price seems relatively high compared to other software especially when considering long term use (it's more affordable for short-term use).

A good digital proposal platform

Pros

Customizing documents is very easy with the drag and drop functionality. Clients can sign documents without any technical support, thanks to its userfriendly features.

Cons

There is no direct CRM integration and when using the extension method, sometimes the relevant contact data isn't available in the proposal.

Great tool for sales enablement

Pros

It integrates with nearly all sales and marketing tools, which allows for quick adaptation and seamless synchronization with our existing systems. It's easy to use and doesn't have complex processes to figure out.

Cons

The only downside I've encountered is the document upload process. It could be simpler. While it's not overly complicated, I have to sync documents from Google drive every time I upload one. It would be much easier if I could upload a folder of documents at once. As a marketing professional, ease of use for uploading and managing documents is a major requirement for the sales and presales teams.

Pros

It amazing that I can track exactly which pages are viewed and for how long. This helps me evaluate what my client is thinking.

Cons

Honestly I like everything about it. One improvement would be the ability to send documents from the company's name rather than GetAccept. However, I understand why that's not possible, as it could interfere with marketing purposes.

Excellent set of features

Pros

In Evermed, most of our documents are created in google docs or google slides, so we really appreciate the integration that allows us to import proposals directly from google drive. This feature saves us time and makes it easy to personalize proposals. Also the tracking features and insights are excellent.

Cons

I think the user interface could definitely be improved.
