“Helps reorganize our sales processes
Pros
Our reps' ability to "edit in word online" or "edit in excel online" is fantastic because they don't have to download a document, edit it, and upload it again. Any changes are automatically logged and entered directly into Highspot. These changes can then be shown directly from the stage. The search function within the app is highly accurate and efficiently retrieves the most relevant information based on the reps' queries.
Cons
The Highspot presentation could be improved by allowing reps to take notes similar to PowerPoint. The platform can sometimes slow down, depending on how many "spot" areas are in use by each user. We identified and resolved this issue with the help of the it's support team last year, and the issue has not occurred since.

This tool is easy and provides access to various training materials, tests, assessments, and manager notes. It allows team members to access customer records, past campaigns, and call recordings, helping identify improvement areas and create notes for better performance. The ability to create a private library of best practices enables the team to refer to it and learn how to perform professionally in any situation.
Cons
No negative consequences so far. Highspot's advanced tools have significantly improved the team's performance and enhanced the customer experience.

It is an excellent platform for organizing business content and workflows. It includes many useful tools to improve company organization, maintain client communication, and store files. The upload system is quick, and the integration with Google Drive is seamless. Overall it is a great platform for the job it's intended for.
Cons
The interface can be difficult to navigate initially. It's not very user friendly and I wish there were more customization options for databases. Sometimes files tend to accumulate in the same folder and I'd prefer more freedom to organize them.

I really enjoy using it as a CMS/KB, as it offers so many customization options, integrations, and features.
Cons
It would be nice if the UI were more customizable and if there were better versioning options for content imported from Google Drive, including better syncing of permissions from Drive.

Pros
I appreciate how easy it is to deploy and add new content. It's simple to organize things into different categories and upload them quickly. The feature that automatically updates content when amended in Google Drive is very convenient too.
Cons
The inability to create sub-folders or �sub-Spots� is a bit limiting. It would be helpful to organize files in a way where groups could be part of other groups. Also some admin features are lacking, and I don't have many troubleshooting options or impersonation features to work with.
