“Time to move on to the next chapter”
Pros
It does a lot of things pretty well, but nothing truly outstanding. While we were working with them, their primary focus seemed to be on migrating legacy clients onto the new platform (Olono), which meant that our overall experience felt less prioritized.
Cons
The software is fairly buggy and not the most flexible, though it is flexible enough for my needs. It exposes a lot of the backend, which is really helpful for more advanced admin tasks.

“Sales forecasting made easy”
Pros
My favorite part of the software is the dashboard that displays my total sales for the year. It provides a clear and accurate measure of how much I still need to close to reach my targets.
Cons
Although Salesforce and InsightSquared are directly connected, when I make a change to the dollar amount in my opportunity, it does not update automatically. I have to manually enter the new dollar value.

“Powerful reporting and visualization”
Pros
I really appreciate the interactive design of the reporting and dashboards. They make board preparation simple and internal reporting effortless.
Cons
It requires Salesforce to be in perfect condition, and even small changes can cause everything to go off track.

“Customizable visuals for a personalized experience”
Pros
I absolutely love the visuals and they are truly outstanding. Also, I enjoy the flexibility to customize nearly everything, from cards to views and colors. If you need to track various production-related factors, this software is an excellent choice.
Cons
I find the software is not the most user-friendly, and keeping all the various cards and tables updated can become quite complicated.

“All-In-One sales dashboard solution”
Pros
It is very easy to use. It tracks Salesforce changes with time stamps, which helps create a pipeline for tracking. Custom buildouts can also be implemented.
Cons
The only downside is that I cannot change the style of charts on my own. I am unable to create custom charts. Although I can go through their development team for this, it takes both time and money.

I like that the software provides a clear view of my pipeline, helping me understand which deals might need additional attention.
Cons
It can be a bit difficult to figure out how to configure everything, especially if I do not pay close attention during the product training.

“Great features but could be easier”
Pros
InsightSquared offers valuable insights into Salesforce data. It's a great tool for analyzing sales data and identifying trends beyond what it alone can provide. The graphing features are excellent, and it offers ways to view data both at a macro and micro level.
Cons
The software is not particularly easy. I will need initial training, and then more training after using it for a while.

“Ideal for sales pipeline tracking”
Pros
It has been incredibly helpful for sales management in tracking and reporting on the sales pipeline. It uncovers trends and identifies which opportunities are at risk, allowing us to pinpoint the best next steps.
Cons
It is not native to Salesforce, which means I have to proactively log in to it. This can make it challenging to integrate into my existing reporting processes.

“InsightSquared drives our decision-making”
Pros
InsightSquared understands the key metrics that a sales organization cares about and presents that data in accessible and helpful ways. For every use case within our sales team, there is a corresponding report. At this point, it's become the go-to solution for Managers and even Executives when it comes to any questions about sales activities, performance, and results.
Cons
I have no complaints about InsightSquared and it has become an integral part of our sales discussions and organization.
