Pros

Using Jetbuilt has made our proposals look far more polished and that has helped us land more projects. It includes all the hardware we regularly use and the bundle feature helps make sure no items get missed when we're putting proposals together.

Cons

It feels very focused on the US market and there's no integration with Xero accounting software. A tree-style structure would also make larger proposals much easier to organize and manage.

It's very easy to use, constantly updated with new improvements and it keeps us on track while saving a lot of time. Everything works smoothly and overall it feels perfect for our needs.

No issues or obstacles while using the platform and whenever support is needed, the team responds right away and is always helpful.

Keeping everything updated is fast and easy and the team is always paying attention to what's missing so they can add it. Keeping everything current feels quick and hassle-free and they keep looking for gaps to improve the platform even more.

I truly can't think of any downsides because we've been very happy with the overall experience. Nothing negative really comes to mind and our experience with it has been very positive throughout.

The new drawing module has been excellent, the platform is user friendly and the pricing feels very competitive.

Uploading our price lists is easy and putting together detailed proposals takes a fraction of the time it used to. That has made a big difference in how quickly we can turn proposals around.

Cost makes it hard for us to give access to all of our field techs and staff outside the AV division which limits how well we can track labor hours, sales and inventory across the team. The QuickBooks integration also feels pretty underwhelming.

Pros

One feature I appreciate most is the asset section within the project. It works as a TED, letting us keep complete equipment documentation together with detailed device information. That has been very helpful for both our integration team and our field engineering crew.

Cons

Biggest frustration is the inconsistency across the platform. Some pages can be exported while others cannot which makes the workflow feel uneven. There also isn't a solid way to track and record which equipment has been invoiced on a month-by-month basis.

Pros

Jetbuilt gives us a much more organized way to handle AV system design and quoting and it cuts down a lot of time when putting proposals together. The cloud-based collaboration features also make a big difference since the team can work together in real time which helps communication and keeps project details more accurate.

Cons

Getting started can be challenging for new users especially if they are not already familiar with AV focused workflows or similar software. The report and template customization also feels a bit restricted when compared with platforms that offer more flexibility.

Putting together an equipment list is pretty easy once all the needed items are in place and locating projects later is simple.

I do wish it included a few more features. A batch item add option would really help, if I'm entering 30 small parts from one manufacturer, it would be much better to set the manufacturer, system and similar details once, then just paste in the part numbers and descriptions. It would also be useful to have the option to add custom fields.

Pros

Designing a project is really quick and having all of our vendors already in the database helps me track down what I need much faster.

Cons

One thing that gets frustrating is that it doesn't auto save my scope while I'm typing. I've lost my work several times when I clicked away from the page or had to check the BOM.

The reporting feels very polished and professional, the inventory lists stay regularly updated and the whole platform is well organized and simple to navigate.

I do wish the project proposals offered a bit more customization. It also gets pretty expensive to add every feature for each user and I'd love to see it include tools similar to Xdraw from the XTENAV platform.
