Pros
The support, training and regular check ins from the LC team are exceptional. They actively take feedback and strive to improve their services. Every team member I've worked with has gone above and beyond to support my sales and outreach efforts.
Cons
It's impossible to be 100% accurate but when notified of staffing changes, they work diligently to update and improve the system.

Pros
Leadership Connect does an excellent job at tracking opportunities in RFIs and RFPs, as well as providing detailed information on executives in public sector organizations.
Cons
I just hope their contact database is slightly larger. While I like their executive tree, I would prefer more contacts below them, like those at the VP or Director level.

It's extremely helpful for finding roles and email addresses of government leaders that are difficult to find elsewhere.
Cons
Some of the emails especially the predicted ones, have been inaccurate.

Cons
For other public sector bodies, it seems somewhat limited. Their database doesn't seem to extend far enough into these areas.

This software does a great job providing an extensive list of government contacts and key industry players. The accurate contact details, career backgrounds and in some cases, organizational charts, have been highly effective in identifying decision makers.
Cons
The platform lacks suggestions or recommendations from other users, making it difficult to know how informative someone is within the platform. Without this social proof, it feels like calling random contacts, which makes it ineffective.
