Great platform

Pros

Working with Letter AI has felt much more like a real partnership than a standard vendor arrangement. We've been included in early-adopter programs, had chances to share product feedback and have genuinely helped shape feature development over time. Their Customer Success team has been especially impressive as they're responsive, proactive and often able to handle what we need in a single conversation. It has also shown a willingness to develop new integrations when it benefits the wider customer base which really speaks to their customer-led approach to innovation. On the product side the content builder tools make creating engaging e-learning experiences very approachable, whether starting from presentations, videos, session outlines or building something entirely from scratch. The AI Coach and simulation features give our revenue teams a safe place to practice new skills, get coaching and build confidence before stepping into real customer conversations. Compass is also valuable as a centralized deal hub, combining internal and external content so teams can evaluate deal health and confidence more effectively. From a pricing standpoint, it feels competitive for the range of functionality currently available and the strength of what's coming on the roadmap. That roadmap feels deliberate and thoughtfully planned, with real potential to replace several tools in our enablement stack over time. Performance has been good overall although heavy users will definitely want a dependable, high-bandwidth connection. The interface is user friendly and admins have a lot of control within the platform. If your organization has instructional design support, it's possible to build highly customized Landing Pages and Content Hubs that feel much more like professional modern websites than traditional learning portals.

Cons

There's honestly not much to call out here. Across the company people are willing to help find a solution including the CEO. If I had to point to one limitation, it would be that while the e-learning tools are well structured for instructional designers, we still depend on outside tools like Synthesia and Canva to create the higher quality images and videos our team needs.

AI training that changes everything

Pros

This one being AI powered is a huge advantage because it gets you to the 50 yard line instead of making you start from scratch. It has completely changed the way we build trainings, modules and learning content. The AI role-play feature is especially impressive and really feels like where things are headed since it gives useful feedback and lets people practice, make mistakes and improve from there. The platform is also customizable which makes it very valuable when you're trying to support and manage a large go to market team. On top of that the setup process was extremely dependable and the team especially Charlie Emmons and Raja Gupta has been fantastic about implementation, sharing best practices and listening to feedback. It's been exciting to actually see our suggestions turn into product improvements and the customer success team has been excellent throughout.

Cons

One of the biggest issues is that the UI can look a bit complex at times and some of the settings come across as odd or randomly designed. A good example is the post program survey at the end of a learning pathway not being required for completion. From an enablement perspective that feedback is mission critical so having it set up that way doesn't really make sense. There are a handful of things around settings and permissions that just don't feel very user friendly. If it is that way to me, I'd assume plenty of other people using the platform probably feel the same. That's really my main feedback which is that certain settings feel a little wonky.

Versatile AI with helpful support

Pros

One of the best parts of using it has been the support team especially Rajat Gupta who was a huge help in getting the platform implemented properly and making onboarding go the right way. Having access to such a broad mix of AI content creation tools has been extremely valuable for our business. It gives us the ability to build different kinds of learning experiences and produce interactive, engaging content fast, whether that's role plays, e-learning modules or interactive videos. Overall it has helped us tackle a range of needs by speeding up content creation, making distribution easier and giving us useful reporting around the content.

Cons

The reporting could still use more customization especially when it comes to drilling into specific user groups and tracking engagement time in more detail. I'd also like to see stronger analytics in the sales rooms area which is its RFP component. Overall the analytics and reporting features are amazing but I have seen more advanced options from other tools in this space so there's definitely room for improvement there. We also ran into a few issues with activating users and assigning them to the right groups although that seemed to come more from communication gaps between internal teams than from the tool itself.

offer great assistance

Pros

It is becoming a key part of our organization's success especially for ramping and enablement. The ability to quickly build accurate learning from existing content and deliver it across multiple formats has made a big difference for our GTM teams. The platform is simple to navigate and the interface is very user friendly. Plus its integrations with tools we rely on every day like Aprimo and Clari, bring added visibility into our deal cycles and help sellers access real time deal insights. The AI agent has also been incredibly useful, providing fast answers the team needs while working with customers live and throughout the deal cycle. On top of that the support from the team has been exceptional. Krupa has played a huge role in helping us launch the first phase of the solution to the field and the team's responsiveness and flexibility have made this one of the most hassle free software rollouts I have been part of.

Cons

At this point I have not come across anything I dislike about the tool. I am really looking forward to seeing what they continue to build especially as more integrations are introduced.

very clear layout

Pros

One thing that really works well is how clearly everything is separated like Landing Pages, Content Library and Learning Library. That structure makes the interface feel more organized and much easier to navigate. I also want to mention the AI content creation feature because it helps build modules very efficiently and saves hours of time.

Cons

There are still a few bugs and some tasks can only be done manually right now but those issues seem minor and easily fixable.

One platform does everything needed

Pros

Having CMS, LMS, DSR and AI role-play capabilities all brought together in one GTM platform has been surprisingly effective. Everything works together in a way that seems unified instead of patched together and that experience gets even better with how incredibly fast team is when it comes to SLA response times.

Cons

One thing I'd want going forward is to stay centered on the CMS and LMS sides of the platform. It was clearly built with enablement in mind so I am hoping the team doesn't get too pulled toward Compass or spend too much energy chasing Gong's market share.

AI coaching makes selling faster

Pros

Letter AI has completely changed how our team works. From an enablement perspective the biggest advantage has been the AI driven template creation. I can put together professional, brand consistent templates in a fraction of the time it used to take so reps are spending far less time building from scratch and much more time focused on selling. The AI coaching and role-play feature has also been a standout. Reps can practice their pitch whenever they want, receive useful feedback and improve their skills on demand without needing a manager to make time. It really is like having a personal coach available around the clock. On top of that the ability to instantly search and ask questions across all the content we've uploaded is a huge time saver. There's no more digging through folders or messaging coworkers to track down a document because the information is right there when we need it.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the tool.

Quick replies and cleaner content

Pros

the biggest benefits is how much friction it takes out of both answering questions and creating customer facing content. Instead of digging through several sources or staring at a blank page, I can ask a question or generate a structured draft that gets me most of the way there fast. It's particularly useful for turning raw, unstructured insights into something good and actually usable. Having that baseline narrative already in place makes it much easier to build on, refine and iterate without having to restart from scratch which saves a lot of time. On a broader level it works well as a bridge between internal insights and external communication by taking information from tools like Glyphic and shaping it into something customer ready for evaluations and decision making. Whenever it's used the value is pretty obvious as it shortens the time it takes to get answers and speeds up content creation. The bigger opportunity now is getting more people to adopt it so they move away from manual searching and drafting and make better use of the AI.

Cons

There are moments when the output still needs some refinement before it fully fits the context or hits the right tone which can make people hesitate to treat it as a final deliverable. More consistency and stronger confidence in the results would likely help encourage wider adoption.

AI-first with an easy start

Pros

After reviewing more than 20 vendors this was the one that clearly separated itself for several reasons. I was actually wrapping up my evaluation when one of their SDRs contacted me on LinkedIn with a prospecting video and that immediately earned my attention and respect so I agreed to a meeting. From that point the sales process was excellent and the support and onboarding have been hassle free. The UI is also very simple which is another big reason onboarding felt like such a light lift.

Cons

Any complaints I have are extremely minor and honestly barely worth bringing up. They respond quickly whenever there's a concern or when help is needed with integrations they may not support yet. The only things on my list are small feature requests that don't affect my ability to do my job. They're also constantly releasing new updates which is exciting to see.

Helpful AI and capable deal rooms

Pros

From implementation through adoption our CSM Michael has been an outstanding partner. He's been quick to help us work through roadblocks and has shown real ownership and collaboration the whole way. I also like how simple it is to find content and use the AI to learn more about our products. The deal rooms and mutual action plans have been especially valuable as well and the initial setup of it was pretty easy too which definitely helped.

Cons

We did run into some challenges with integrations from other platforms but the team partnered closely with us and helped get those issues resolved.

A top sales content platform

Pros

After working with sales enablement tools for the past decade, it completely changed how I view this category. Most platforms I used before felt like little more than a shared drive with a handful of nice extra touches. It took our content library and turned it into a simple, user friendly system where sellers can not only locate the right materials quickly but also understand them, learn them well and use them with buyers while staying within the guidelines I set.

Cons

Because it moves at the pace you'd expect from a typical AI company some features occasionally arrive without the level of polish you'd normally associate with enterprise software. It never created a bad experience for users or buyers but every so often I'd run into something that felt closer to a beta feature than a dependable part of my daily workflow. There were times I'd come across a really exciting new capability or hear about one, yet still hesitate to fully roll it out because of a few inconsistencies. The vision and thinking behind the product are impressive but like many AI companies, the team ships innovative features iteratively which can force you to adjust your timeline before fully adopting them.

AI search gives useful answers

Pros

Right away the AI agent overlay in it turned out to be incredibly useful for our team. It pulls from all the information across the platform and gives concise answers grounded in objective facts and official sources so people no longer have to dig through Slack, emails or ask around for information. I also really like how deeply the AI is built into the product which makes search much better since it looks directly through our files. The sales rooms helped us consolidate tools too since we previously relied on both a CMS and a separate point solution just for sales rooms. Getting it set up was much simpler than I expected, largely because the AI and metadata generation made file uploads hassle free. On top of that the success team was fantastic during implementation especially with migrating our sales rooms and running multiple training sessions for the rollout. The team adopted it very quickly and I have heard a lot of positive feedback about how useful the agent is for finding fast answers to important questions and testing different approaches. We've been encouraging people to ask Letter first before reaching out to someone directly and that approach has worked well.

Cons

Analytics are fairly basic but they still cover what we need.

Powerful AI scales content production

Pros

this has been a strong fit for us because it's easy to use and the AI agent consistently delivers accurate, thoughtful and strategic results. The speed of content creation is a huge advantage especially when we need to scale programs quickly and work against tight deadlines. I also really value the variety of learning modalities it provides which has made a noticeable difference in improving our e-learning efforts and overall practices. For content creators, admins and reps makes it fast to access information about products, processes and positioning. It can also adapt responses for specific customers by using the knowledge stored across our system. That's been especially useful when creating new materials quickly and helping reps with planning and fast answers. Compared with our previous platform it delivers more value across services, functionality, customer support and built-in AI capabilities. On top of that the initial setup was very manageable even with a large migration and the support from the team was outstanding.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement is the AI roleplay functionality. It seems a bit behind some other companies in terms of roleplay technology. I'd also like more flexibility when building scenarios, with separate fields for things like personal details, company details, objections and goals instead of putting everything into one large paragraph. It would also be better if the bot persona were more than just a static picture of a person and used an AI avatar similar to the feedback coach.

create courses quickly using AI

Pros

Putting it into our workflow has been a win especially because it scales well and makes good use of AI. The content generation is really strong for producing detailed, comprehensive courses quickly which saves us a lot of time. Getting started was easy too and that made onboarding much easier. It also helps that our CSM, Sam, has been responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

Cons

One thing that's been frustrating is not being able to edit responses once they've been submitted. When something needs to be changed, I have to type it all over again from scratch. An editable submission process would make a big difference.
