“affordable prospecting”
Pros
ListKit has been a really positive experience for us. The first thing that caught our attention was the pricing. Compared with a lot of the other tools we looked at, it was a much more affordable option and let us get started without needing a big upfront investment. On top of that their customer support has been excellent. Whenever we've had questions, the team has been responsive, helpful and genuinely pleasant to work with. I also like that they send useful updates and relevant information without constantly filling my inbox with sales messages. The platform has been useful for finding worthwhile prospects and backing our outreach efforts. As with any data provider, not every contact record is going to be perfect but overall we've been satisfied with the data quality and the value we're getting. All in all it offers a strong mix of reasonable pricing, helpful prospecting data and excellent support. We've been very happy using it and would definitely recommend it to teams that want to strengthen their prospecting.
Cons
If I had to point to one downside it's that every now and then I cannot find a specific contact or company I am searching for. That said I have run into the same issue with every prospecting platform I have used and it hasn't stopped us from creating valuable opportunities with it.

“Tagging works fine, reporting lags”
Pros
It has become part of our daily routine for handling startup leads, keeping track of contacts and logging deal details. The classification options and flexible tagging are especially useful, making it quick to sort prospects by industry, funding stage and deal status within seconds. Working with the team also seems hassle free and the way the data is organized aligns well with GDPR requirements for managing business contacts. Getting started was easy too as bringing over old spreadsheet data was painless and the team learned the system with very little training.
Cons
Reporting inside the platform is fairly basic when you need deeper pipeline analysis. It also misses native integrations with popular VC CRMs and outreach tools. Another frustration is that bulk editing larger sets of contact records can become noticeably slow which gets in the way when we need to update long lead lists efficiently.

“Poor targeting wastes outreach efforts”
Pros
The only part that came across well was the initial pitch and discovery call.
Cons
We hired this DFY service to generate leads for U.S based e-commerce brands on Shopify, WooCommerce and similar platforms. Our offer is very simple which is a free, high value Google Ads audit that reviews a company's account, spots inefficiencies and gives actionable recommendations to improve ROAS. This only makes sense for real e-commerce businesses that are actively running ads. The outcome was extremely disappointing. We sent around 45,000 emails and got just one legitimate reply and that company was not even e-commerce as it was a B2B business completely outside our target. The biggest problem was the data quality. The leads repeatedly missed our criteria, including non U.S companies such as ones in Germany, businesses with non-working websites, irrelevant platforms like Wix and outdated or low quality companies that were not realistic prospects. We brought these concerns up several times with our account executive, Yasir but the targeting problems were never properly fixed. If your outreach relies on precise targeting and qualified leads, this service is not going to deliver.
