The email generation is decent when the platform actually works but it hasn't been functioning for the past month.

Back in February three of my searches froze and ever since then I have not been able to start any new searches. I have reached out to them through several channels including LinkedIn and still have not gotten any response. At this point it has been a month without being able to use my account.

Unfortunately I cannot point to any positives because I still have not even been able to properly try the product.

There's basically no customer support available and there's no documentation to help get started either.

Honestly, there wasn't anything positive to point to because the product didn't work the way it was advertised or the way I expected it to.

Cons

After uploading my leads I got zero lynes back even though there was plenty of supporting data available. To make things worse, customer support was completely non-responsive.

“Overpriced!”

Pros

There's nothing positive I can point to here. We asked for a refund within 24 hours because the product didn't work at all and they still refused. On top of that customer support was no help whatsoever.

Cons

It's overpriced, the lines it generates are basically junk and most of the time it still cannot find anything even when you provide all the information they request.

The AI does an excellent job processing leads and the content quality has been consistently strong.

Cons

The website's UI/UX still needs work and could definitely be improved.

Getting started takes some effort. Even though I am pretty tech savvy, I still had to watch the full tutorial to figure out how everything works. It would be much better if the software were simpler to use.

Came across this on YouTube, then checked out the website and the first-line writing feature really caught my attention. The features overall look awesome.

The pricing is very high. It would be much better if they lowered the cost.

At first it seemed impossible to personalize my email outreach while also scaling it but Lyne made that possible.

Up to this point everything has been perfect. My goal was to send hyper personalized emails at scale and I have been able to accomplish exactly that.

Right away the simplicity stood out and being able to import lots of variables makes it possible to create highly personalized lines. Compared with other tools I have used which only let me bring in basic details like email, company name and first name, this gives me much more flexibility.

Cons

I cannot really point to any downsides yet since I have not been using it long enough.
