“Responsive team makes constant improvements”

Pros

The platform is amazing, keeps getting better over time and the biggest plus is how responsive and collaborative the team is when it comes to making the product fit our specific use cases.

Cons

There are occasional technical glitches but they get resolved quickly every time. I also think the ability to create custom objects would be a major improvement and likely helpful for a lot of users, even though I understand how complex that can be from a data structure standpoint.

“Easy to use”

Pros

It is easy to use and keeping everything updated doesn't take much effort. I work with a team that uses the platform too and we're all on the same page about how user friendly it is.

Cons

Well there are a few steps in the process that feel a bit repetitive. For instance entering the business first, then the opportunity and then having to go back to add the name seems a little redundant.
