Cons

There are times when it works a bit slow and the email extractor can sometimes pull in random addresses which means the information it gives isn't always accurate.

Pros

Getting started with Mailarrow for email outreach was really easy and using it day to day felt very simple. Features like unlimited mailboxes, smart inbox rotation and AI personalization helped boost my response rates noticeably. The email warmup tool supported better deliverability and the detailed analytics gave me useful insight into how campaigns were performing. It comes with plenty of practical features, integrates well with other tools and the support team was responsive whenever needed. I used it often and it definitely made my outreach process more efficient.

Cons

One thing I have still noticed is that some emails occasionally land in spam. The warmup feature definitely helps with deliverability but there's still some room to improve so messages reach the inbox more consistently.
