Pros

Compared with other tools in this space, it has really won our team over. It gives us a practical way to engage potential customers more dynamically and the platform is packed with useful features. The overall usability is well handled too which makes it feel worth the time and effort needed to invest in and implement.

Cons

That said the concept seems more evergreen in some markets than others so we are still uncertain about how well it will connect with local platforms and providers. We also do not yet have a clear sense of how often this engagement approach can realistically be used in our case.
