“Great boost for e-commerce ads”
Pros
Right from the start Markopolo felt approachable thanks to its friendly interface and it stands out as one of the better AI-driven platforms for ecommerce ads and store optimization. It comes with plenty of useful features and after putting it to work, we were able to reduce both our costs and workload while also seeing an increase in revenue.
Cons
There's still a bit of a learning curve so some basic training is needed to manage the platform well. Pricing also seems a little steep for a startup and the navigation could be made more user friendly.

“Fast automation with helpful dashboards”
Pros
Getting this connected to my ecommerce store was quick. The interface is really fast and the overall performance keeps up well. It's also fairly budget friendly for what it offers. By automating around 60% of my routine work, it has noticeably lowered my operating costs and made daily operations much easier. I am genuinely excited to keep using it. The reporting dashboard is easy to navigate, even for executives who are comfortable with tech.
Cons
At times things can slow down when I am managing 100+ products at once and for a startup, the pricing can feel a bit high.

“Sales growth with smart optimization”
Pros
Markopolo has been the best AI tool for understanding customer behavior and helping drive more sales. Since we began using it our store revenue has increased noticeably. It comes with several features that cut down manual work and automatically improve store content, ad copy and creatives. The interface is also very user friendly and comfortable to navigate.
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the higher side for a startup. That said the increase in sales and reduction in overall expenses help balance it out.

Running an ecommerce store is much more manageable with it especially for handling customers and deliveries while staying engaged in everyday customer conversations. We use it with our Shopify store and it has helped us improve both CRO and sales. The platform comes loaded with useful features, the interface is user friendly and the support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful.

“All in one automation for advertisements”
Pros
Running ads through Markopolo has made things much more centralized since it automates work across ad platforms and lets me manage everything from one web app. Also it gives plenty of reporting which helps keep track of performance.
Cons
One thing that would really help is a built in UI tutorial that guides users through campaign setup and management for each individual platform.

“great assistance from the team”
Pros
After using Markopolo for a few weeks one thing that really stands out is how strong their support team is. They respond quickly and I am even able to book calls with them when needed. Rubaiyat and the rest of the team have also been incredibly patient throughout the process. The feature I like most is the ability to target users by very specific locations. In my country Facebook only allows targeting the country as a whole and not smaller areas so having this option in it has been a total game changer for me.
Cons
Getting familiar with the UI was a little challenging at first although it became much easier once I spent more time with it. At the moment it still doesn't let me upload creatives based on placement but I know that feature is already on the roadmap and I am excited for it to be added. There's also no option yet to create a custom audience though that's apparently planned as well.

“Powerful targeting with clear campaign views”
Pros
From setup to launch it walks me through the ad creation process step by step, helping me choose the right audience and keep track of campaign performance. The interface is simple enough to navigate and the campaign results are presented clearly which makes day to day use much easier. Also it is useful for identifying the audience segments that perform best so I can focus my posts on the right people. For agency work, being able to manage unlimited clients and handle each brand separately is a big advantage.
Cons
Since it is still developing, there's definitely room for improvement especially when it comes to the UI. At the moment it only supports Facebook and Google ads and I'd really like to see more channel options added such as TikTok, YouTube and Bing, along with stronger analytics.

“plenty of features are available”
Pros
Right from the start the platform guides you through onboarding and offers plenty of useful suggestions for building out your profile as you move along. Also it comes with a wide range of features and the interface is very visually friendly and approachable.
Cons
It does take a little time to get comfortable with everything. I had to check in with a few marketing savvy contacts to better understand some of the functions but once I worked through the tutorials, things became much clearer.
