“Absolutely essential for our firm”

Pros

Right from onboarding, the support team was fantastic to work with and made everything feel simple and user friendly. We've been using it for a couple of months now and at this point it's hard to imagine operating without it. Their service team is consistently responsive and helpful whenever our firm needs support or something squared away. This has definitely become one of those must-have tools for our firm.

Cons

We actually heard about it through another RIA firm. Even though I usually stay pretty on top of technology especially when it comes to integrations, this one somehow wasn't on my radar. It seems like a good opportunity for MME to get their name out in front of more firms.

“Perfect for Salesforce sync needs”

Pros

Working with the whole MME team was a really positive experience and the product was exactly what we had been looking for for automatic email syncing with Salesforce.

Cons

Getting more than 20 email accounts connected and syncing took a bit of effort at first and felt somewhat difficult but after everything was set up, it's been hassle free ever since.
