“All sales insights in one place”

Pros

Having everything in MaxIQ in one place has made my workflow much simpler. They keep rolling out new features so the platform continues to feel current and interesting. The AI meeting tool is especially impressive as the bot joins sales calls, summarizes the conversation and delivers really useful insights. Also it creates action items and notes which makes following up and planning next steps much easier. I also like extras like the playbook, where I can prepare questions in advance, helping my calls stay focused and productive. On top of that their team handled the initial setup well with one on one support and tutorials which made onboarding very helpful.

Cons

There is not much I would change but the overall settings and admin configurable flows can be a bit difficult to figure out especially for someone who is not in sales. It would be better if the admin configuration side were simpler to understand and made managing the workspace simpler.
