Merkato stood out for how many advanced configuration options it offers. Deployment is pretty easy and the training is thorough enough to make you fully self-sufficient instead of relying on its consultants. When something specific needs to be figured out, their consultants respond very quickly and help with those special tricks to get things done. The tool is also very user friendly, even across complex sales channels with multiple users, different permission levels and separate branding.
