“Outlook integration works amazingly”

Really useful set of tools that works well with Outlook and the rest of Microsoft Office.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints since it's been an amazing tool overall.

Pros

The interface is user friendly and the different functions are organized neatly into sections which makes everything easier to navigate. The insights are also very useful for understanding how you and your team are working.

Cons

At this stage there isn't anything major to complain about since I am still using the tool and learning my way around it. That said it sometimes doesn't support multiple mailboxes properly and tracking can be slow including things like meeting scheduling.
