“All Microsoft tools in one!!”
Pros
Having Dynamics 365 means our team can make use of pretty much every Microsoft tool we need in one place. From PowerPoint and Word to Excel and even Copilot, it keeps our business moving every day. Honestly I cannot imagine how we'd manage without it.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints about it. It covers basically every feature we need. If I had to mention something, it would only be a very minor gripe about how Outlook has changed over the years but that's really just nitpicking.

“Everything in it is well connected”
Pros
It lets us keep all our user and product information along with tracking in one central place. It does a good job of connecting everything across users in a way that feels unified.
Cons
That said the user to user integration is not always very dependable. We run into quite a bit of lag and occasional downtime when different users are working acrossthe system.

“Secure and Microsoft friendly”
Pros
Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 has not been a problem and it also feels secure. Plus it supports both our team and our prospects within a Microsoft-friendly ecosystem which makes migration much simpler and handling documents much more convenient.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the phone connector since it tends to glitch quite often. I have run into several issues with it and there were times when it stopped working altogether.

“Overall a complete tool”
Pros
From the Sales and Delivery perspective, I must say it is one of the most complete platforms I have worked with. It also supports the entire workflow from beginning to end and can handle virtually every part of running a successful professional services organization.
Cons
Becausethe platformis so broad and highly customizable, the setup and configuration process can be pretty draining. Without a well defined implementation roadmap, teams can easily lose direction during deployment which often leads to significant rework later on.

“Capable and highly recommendable”
Pros
It seems like a very capable productivity suite. Plus it can handle almost any idea or process you want to build into it and I would absolutely recommend it to others.
Cons
As per me the biggest downside is the price especially since the cost went up again this year. There is also a learning curve so it can be tough to get used to when you are using it for the first time.

“Incredibly flexible for anything”
Pros
Dynamics 365 is incredibly flexible. If there's something you want to build or connect, there's usually a way to make it work within your system.
Cons
The interface isn't always very easy to use. To really understand and use all of its features properly, you'll probably need to spend time on training and informational sessions.

“Great value with few bugs”
Pros
It gives you a lot for the price, with plenty of useful features and not many bugs or issues getting in the way. Overall it's fairly easy to use.
Cons
I feel like the price can still feel a little high to many and depending on what you need to do, it can become harder to work with. Since it relies on the Microsoft ecosystem, that part can also be a bit challenging.

“Strong but expensive”
Pros
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a really strong ERP solution even though the implementation can get expensive. I'd still recommend it for a company that needs a reliable system in place.
Cons
Implementation costs can be fairly high so it's worth planning the budget carefully ahead of time to avoid any unexpected surprises.

“Powerful analytics and AI insights”
Pros
Built-in analytics, AI-powered insights, predictive tools like lead scoring and demand forecasting, plus workflow automation through the Power Platform make this platform really capable.
Cons
Even though it's modular, the pricing can climb pretty quickly once you start adding more modules, users or customizations. So a lot of smaller businesses may find it expensive.

“Boosts sales performance with Copilot”
Pros
Using it alongside SAP CRM has been really effective as a sales platform. Plus it helps improve sales performance, increases productivity and makes the overall process more efficient especially with Copilot included.
Cons
The platformworks very well as a sales force platform and integrates nicely with SAP but I'd still like to see better access management especially when a lot of integrations are involved.

“has many unresolved issues”
Pros
Communication through the software works really well and it's very simple to use. That said I do think some of the features could use an update.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that some of the problems never seem to get fully resolved.

“Easy navigation with team reassignment”
Pros
Navigating the platform is pretty easy and it does a nice job of letting me manage several view screens at once. Also it is useful that I can reassign inquiries from myself to other team members when needed.
Cons
One thing that happens from time to time is that when I am moving between multiple screens, the filter panel disappears. When that happens, I have to set up my search or filters again which gets a little frustrating.

“Great integration with Microsoft tools”
Pros
Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly valuable when it connects with other Microsoft tools. The integration with Outlook, Teams and Power BI is good too and that really helps improve daily productivity.
Cons
Getting everything set up and configured can be overwhelming because the platformis quite complex. The licensing costs also rise fast especially when multiple modules are needed. Performance may lag at times as well ifthe systemis not optimized properly.

“reliable software overall”
Pros
Having everything in one platform is a big advantage since Dynamics 365 brings together a lot of tools in a single place. The direct integration with Microsoft products like Excel, LinkedIn, Teams and others is especially useful. Collaboration is definitely one of its strongest points.
Cons
I think getting started can be challenging for beginners because the learning curve is fairly steep. It also comes at a high price and performance can occasionally become an issue when handling large amounts of data.

“Simple yet surprisingly creative”
Pros
It was a surprise to realize that some of the apps I have been using for over two years were actually built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Once I learned that, I was genuinely impressed. I have worked with ATS style tools for more than three years and the solutions created from this platform have been very simple to use while still giving plenty of room to be creative.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of any downsides. After more than three years of usingthe platformon the back end for customer and client engagement, I haven't run into any issues worth mentioning.

“Cloud-based CRM and ERP together”
Pros
What I like about Microsoft Dynamics 365 is that it's a cloud-based solution built to bring together the best parts of the CRM and ERP tools developed by Microsoft.
Cons
It's designed to centralize all information in one platform while keeping the familiarity of Microsoft productivity tools which makes work more productive and honestly I cannot find any real reason to dislike it.

“Very easy to learn and navigate”
Pros
At my previous job this was the CRM we used every day and it was very easy to learn and navigate. I had a good experience using it to stay on top of my daily tasks and manage my regular work activities without much trouble.
Cons
The thing it was missing was built-in email tracking. To track emails and customer activity properly, we had to connect it with another software which was a bit inconvenient.

“useful microsoft integration”
Pros
One of the things we like most is how well it connects with our Microsoft databases especially the user directory with our colleagues.
Cons
It seems like the biggest downside is how heavy the configuration process feels which makes even simple changes quite complicated. On top of that it is often hard to figure out where certain settings or elements are actually configured.

“Built for global growth and scale”
Pros
Across multi country and multi language operations, this platform delivers very notable coverage and above all, feels built for growth and strong performance. Also the operational support team is responsive and well organized which makes a real difference. I am especially impressed by how it blends modern technology with high performance and the ability to scale. Fast load times and a strong, reliable system keep everything running smoothly, even when handling complex B2B needs.
Cons
The backend does show how many features the platform has but right now it's not very easy to understand on your own. It can also feel a bit fragile or awkward to work with at first.
