“clean and feature-rich
Pros
The design is clean and modern and I really appreciate how the main screens can be personalized with our company colors as it makes the platform feel like it's truly ours. There are also plenty of tools to explore and select from which means I can build out exactly the functionality my business requires without feeling overwhelmed by unnecessary features. It's both professional and adaptable.
Cons
We discovered a few technical glitches during our setup but the company appears to be working hard to fix them. There can also be a bit of a learning period when first using it.

“powerful with many functions so a bit complex
Pros
There are a huge number of tools within the platform. You can configure multiple automated campaigns (email and social), send emails, track the materials you use and get reports on them. Files you add will also automatically get your joint branding if you've set it up that way. The layout is quite clean and simple to operate. The system is powerful and for those without easy access to marketing resources or with a smaller team this would be perfect.
Cons
On the admin side preparing everything for end-users is much tougher. Building everything out..adding code for shared branding, configuring automated campaigns so users can run them, adjusting permissions for different groups and all took a long time to understand. The admin interface was messier and less structured and for many setups we had to use a lot of trial and error to get things working.

“great onboarding and portal launch
Pros
For us the setup process for new clients is excellent! The team is very involved with training and showing you how to use the system. Every feature you'd want in a partner portal is built in. It's a great method to get a partner site up and running fast. The marketing tools are excellent for finding new leads.
Cons
There's some room for improvement in the portal's user experience and some of the tools have little quirks you need to adapt to. The branding options can feel limited if you're a detail-oriented designer like me. However the support team has found solutions for us and there are more system updates on the way that will allow more control over branding. I've built fully custom Salesforce Partner Portals before and while you get more control there the time and money required are much greater so it's a trade-off.

“Prospect insight and industry focus
Pros
I love being able to see what potential clients are engaging with and having access to well-crafted, smart message templates. It's incredibly useful to work with a company that specializes in our specific field which is managed IT services. Any guidance they offer comes from real expertise.
Cons
I've had some problems with contact lists and I find that annoying to handle. While the support crew will build anything I ask for I don't find the process of creating lists or emails very simple. I know it will get done and I don't have to do it myself but sometimes I don't want to wait and would prefer to handle it on my own.

Pros
The automatic Social Media scheduling and the guided campaign feature. My contact who is fantastic always helps in every way possible.
Cons
The custom material provided isn't checked for spelling or grammar mistakes. Support usually replies fast but the actual fix isn't always quick.
