valuable ROI storytelling

Pros

I've found that Minoa really takes a lot of the complexity out of organizing and managing value drivers, use cases and ROI calculation models. Because of that, we've been able to communicate and sell ROI and overall value much more consistently across the board.

Cons

I'd love to see a Slack integration added because that would be an awesome improvement.

Pros

What I've really appreciated about Minoa is how much it has improved the way our team handles sales conversations. I've seen every member of our team communicate our value propositions in a far more consistent way which has made our overall approach feel much more unified. The dynamic library of use cases gives me and the rest of the reps immediate access to a thoughtfully organized repository so I always feel better equipped during the sales process. Because of that, our workflow feels more aligned with what we can actually sell and position confidently.

Cons

Minoa is still fairly early in its journey so I'm still waiting for additional features and more integrations to be added over time. That said I haven't run into anything that has actually blocked our team and for us it hasn't been a major issue overall.
