Intent data gives real direction

Pros

One thing I really like about N.Rich is the actionable data it provides and the way it breaks down account engagement, making it much clearer which prospects deserve priority. The upcoming dashboard and intent reporting features seem very promising for bringing sales and marketing into better alignment and the onboarding support plus process templates have been a huge help in cutting down manual work.

Cons

At the moment data and account details can still end up siloed and we have to manually transfer and match accounts between it and Salesforce which makes the process more complicated. Since there isn't automation yet for account creation and some reporting features are still not live, we're still waiting to get the full value out of the platform.

Drives our ABM strategy hard

Pros

Right away the biggest value has been getting account level intent signals we can genuinely use, instead of just another dashboard that looks interesting but doesn't change anything. That data has become central to our entire ABM strategy. It helps us pinpoint which target accounts are actually in market and it feeds directly into SDR outbound prioritization so the team is focused on accounts showing real buying activity instead of burning time on a static list. That shift alone has made our outbound work much more efficient. On top of the core ABM use case, the intent data has been flexible enough to support scenarios we didn't even plan for at the beginning. We've combined N.Rich signals with other data sources in our stack to create things like competitor renewal-window monitoring which helps us time outreach for when prospects are more likely to be considering alternatives. That level of flexibility is uncommon for an intent platform. It also fits neatly into our current tech stack and ABM processes so the data actually drives downstream execution, content sequencing, channel orchestration and SDR routing, rather than living in a silo. For a B2B marketing team trying to tie intent signals to revenue outcomes, that end-to-end practicality is the standout difference.

Cons

There's a lot of power in the intent data but getting from signal to action still requires more manual coordination than I'd prefer. The platform can show us that an account is in market but connecting that insight with the rest of our stack to power sequencing and routing is something my team has had to design and maintain on our own rather than getting it natively out of the box. It would be helpful to have more built-in, opinionated workflows that say, essentially, here's the signal and here's the best next step because that would close the gap between insight and execution much faster. I'd also want better visibility into why a spike is happening, with more detailed topic- and content level insight so we can personalize outreach around what an account is actually researching, not just see that intent is higher than usual. And like a lot of intent platforms, there is definitely a ramp up period. Getting the team comfortable interpreting and trusting the signals took longer than onboarding made it seem so stronger early guidance around how to operationalize the data would help new users realize value more quickly.
