24/7 demos in multiple languages

Pros

Instead of making prospects wait after filling out our Book a Demo form, we added Naoma right after it and also placed it behind a Get AI demo now button. That changed the experience completely. We sell a guest-experience platform to hotels worldwide so leads come in from every time zone and in many different languages. It gives them an interactive product demo the moment they ask. It welcomes them, guides them through the platform, answers their questions and qualifies them in real time, 24/7, in more than 10 languages we realistically could not support with staff alone. Since April 57 hotels have gone through the product this way and one regional partner even signed after completing the AI demo.

Cons

At the beginning the agent would occasionally reword parts of our demo script or miss a step and we also noticed a couple of strange answers where it blended information in ways it wasn't supposed to. That said the team kept refining the demo flow using real conversation data and our feedback and every issue we raised was addressed quickly. It's been clear that the product has improved the longer we've used it.

Interactive demos help convert leads

Pros

Running a self-serve trial for a deep, feature packed product like UXPressia can make it hard for people to notice on their own what actually makes it so powerful. The tool solved that for us. It welcomes visitors, guides them through a truly interactive demo of our journey maps, personas and AI persona builder and qualifies leads in real time 24/7 across more than 10 languages that we simply could not support with staffing.

Cons

The results were not especially convincing and I had doubts about whether it was going to be a fit for us. Still the team kept refining both the product and the demo flow using real conversations and the feedback we shared and things improved significantly. In the end, my only real downside is one that was eventually resolved.

Keeps enterprise deals progressing forward

Pros

In enterprise hospitality sales, one of the toughest parts is dealing with how long and complicated the buying journey gets. A single deal usually involves people from marketing, operations, IT, procurement and leadership and each of them brings different goals, KPIs and concerns to the table. Also it helps us handle that by giving every stakeholder a way to explore the product on their own. The AI agent can walk them through interactive demos, answer questions in the right context and shift the conversation depending on what each person wants to learn. That takes pressure off our sales team while still keeping prospects engaged between meetings. Instead of having to wait for the next demo or follow-up call, buyers can continue learning about the platform at their own pace, go back to specific features and ask more questions whenever they want. For our team, it has become a really valuable way to keep momentum going during long enterprise sales cycles and make sure prospects stay informed throughout the full decision-making process.

Cons

Well it is developing rapidly and even in its current state it already provides strong value for enterprise sales teams.
