“Tours boost engagement effectively”

Pros

Putting together and updating product tours is very easy because the interface is so user friendly. On top of that being able to embed those tours on pages outside of it like we do on splunk.com, makes it much easier for us to showcase products and gives end users a more interactive, engaging tour experience.

Cons

At times it's a little difficult to tell what changes were made or who last edited the slides.
