Always innovating and keeping up with the times!

Pros

Right now I am a prospective customer exploring Nintex to help automate and streamline many of our manual processes. After viewing the demo and attending the event in Dallas, I gained more insight into how many of their customers face the same issues my company is going through. I've learned that creating, managing and automating processes with their workflows is straightforward and the tool's ability to adapt to new updates and strategic shifts is a major advantage for many companies.

Cons

Still in the learning process of the development of the tool and would like future events to cover the development process in more detail.

Speed to value is remarkable

Pros

The speed and ease of development is exactly what is needed in today's fast paced world. It's great that it takes less time for us to develop the solution than it does for the business to deploy it.

Cons

Till now, I haven't seen any downsides.

Reach workflow nirvana with this trusted automation solution

Pros

Nintex has completely transformed how we automate our business processes. The workflow automation feature is powerful and easy to use, saving us countless hours. We've automated repetitive tasks like data entry and the approval process. Also, their forms and app features allow us to create custom forms that can be filled out and sent from anywhere, which has made it easier to gather information from the field.

Cons

It is a good tool but there are areas for improvement. For smaller businesses, the pricing can be a bit steep. Although the workflow automation feature is powerful, it can be overwhelming for new users. There have been occasions when we spent more time trying to figure out how to set up a workflow than we would have spent doing it manually.

The most thorough roadmap to kickstart Process Automation

Pros

It offers the most comprehensive and complete professional roadmap for planning successful process automation. The emphasis on the first phase, which is the digitalization of processes using Nintex Promapp in a collaborative way, is especially valuable. The Promapp digitalization process manager is user-friendly and provides greater control and visibility over the most critical processes in the organization. The Nintex suite of apps is easy to implement because they are based in a cloud environment, allowing immediate use. With an annual subscription, you can build intelligent flows and RPA without coding using the automation cloud app.

Cons

It does not support multiple languages now and its subscriptions are targeted at large companies with a high volume of critical processes, making it expensive or oversized for some customers.

It's a workflow hero and great automation help

Pros

Nintex allows for building great workflows for both on-premise and SaaS solutions. It integrates well with well-known SaaS leaders in the market.

Cons

A few times, we have experienced concerns with getting answers and support in a timely manner. The support team in other regions and/or some SMEs in different time zones can cause delays.
