OneMob tool is quick and simple and the whole platform seems very user friendly and simple to work into our existing processes. The analytics have been especially useful because they help us prioritize outreach in a more thoughtful and intentional way which makes it easier to connect with our audience effectively. Plus it really sets itself apart by letting us personalize our communication, turning outreach into more meaningful experiences that help distinguish us from other vendors and competitors in our outbound sales efforts. On top of that the support from team was outstanding and played a big part in making implementation a hassle free task. Overall I am extremely happy with the platform and everything has worked very well for what we need. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend or colleague and honestly it's an 11 out of 10 for me.

“Explains complex underwriting with ease”

Pros

This tool has been really useful for walking people through complicated situations that come up in mortgage underwriting. It's one thing to tell a broker why self-employed income cannot be used to qualify when it has dropped by more than 25% from 2023 to 2024 but it's much more effective to actually show them through a recording. That visual explanation makes the message much clearer and easier to understand.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is the option to do more than just share a single screen. It would be much better if it also let me drag documents, windows and other items into the shared screen while recording. For example I use a laptop with two monitors and if I am sharing the laptop screen, it only captures what is already on that laptop. If I have an appraisal open on one of my other monitors, it won't record me dragging that appraisal over to the shared laptop screen so it becomes visible.
