OptifiNow delivered exactly the platform our addiction and recovery business needed. Before switching to this software we were still relying on paper processes and that was costing us business.

Cons

One thing I wish they offered is an active customer support phone number. They do provide a dedicated rep by email but I understand that's the direction a lot of SaaS companies seem to be taking.
