“Direct order sending comes in handy”

Pros

Being able to send orders directly to companies is really useful.

Cons

A limitation is that I cannot create a zero quote even when I enter the price and quantity fields while selling products with variable weight.

It helps me manage orders, keep track of customers, compare different time periods, check which products sell the most and a lot more so I can maintain proper control over the business.

The software is simple to use and very user friendly. I am not using all of the additional modules yet but I am considering adding some integrations later on.

Pros

Handling orders is much better with this support during the order taking phase. It helps reduce the amount of paper I have to carry around and the speed and organization I get from using all the features I have enabled really make a difference. I also like being able to have customers sign to approve the order and the fact that I can keep working with the software even when there's no signal is very useful.

Cons

One downside is the cost involved in creating catalogs for multiple companies especially when they need to match the layout of the printed catalogs along with adding the option to load the selected code into the order being processed with just one click.

Overall it's a really excellent program and I am very happy using it. The only thing I'd like to do is upload the catalogs but I have not been able to manage that yet.

It makes day to day work much more manageable especially with the ability to handle multiple companies and keep a product archive organized.

I noticed that the support is only available by email, without a dedicated phone number.

At times switching from one function to another can be a bit awkward.

Using this product lets me handle order entry and sending through the same system for multiple companies. Since 2015 I have stored all the work I have done in it and I can quickly find and share any information that's needed.

Cons

The product is easy to use and I have not run into any particular difficulties with it.

Being able to import the customer registry from Danea Soft is really useful and the order management is also easy to use.

Cons

It's missing credit management linked to the order which would make it much more complete. It would also be helpful to have some accounting support for orders, even just a timeline table with due dates especially since many orders are handled with direct remittance at 60 days.

It works really well in practice and is effective for handling the day to day process of entering orders.

I have not run into any issues and the support team has also been available when needed.

The tool is very easy to use especially for handling orders and keeping the archive organized.

One thing that would improve it is the ability to search ordered items by time period, area or customer.

Pros

Using the product is fairly easy even if searching for a customer by their city is not very user friendly. On the plus side it does let you clearly see the purchase history of the selected customer which is really helpful.

Cons

Overall the product is simple to use in all its features but it does seem a little slow between scanning or entering the product and having it appear on the screen.
