“very practical tool”

Pros

It is easy to use, the information customers receive is clear and well presented and the article database can be updated very well.

Cons

One frustrating part is that once an order has been sent, it cannot be edited and you have to create a new one instead. It's also inconvenient that unfulfilled orders must be deleted from the PC in order to keep the statistics updated. On top of that route visit management and commissions are not included in the basic module even though I consider them essential.

Pros

Simple, practical and constantly adding more features. It offers an integrated environment android and Apple apps for any smartphone or tablet, plus a web version you can use on any PC, whether Windows or Mac.

Cons

Honestly almost nothing to complain about. The only thing is that when duplicating an order for convenience, the payment type gets lost if you change the supplier while keeping the same customer.

Pros

One of the best things about Order Sender is how well it integrates with other business tools and platforms. Its compatibility with a wide variety of software and third party services makes order management feel much more complete and tailored to the way a business already works. Because of that I was able to sync customer data, sales analytics and accounting systems without much hassle which made the overall workflow of my business far more efficient.

Cons

Customer support is available but the response times and overall accessibility could still be improved.

Using this software I was able to automate all my online orders for pizza bases without having to deal with tedious manual data entry. The interface is simple and accessible to everyone, even people with little experience.

Using it from both a smartphone and a tablet works really well and the app is very fast and lightweight. It would be even more useful and convenient if like in EasyFatt, there were an option to include a payment link in the customer document through TeamSystem Pay or another customizable payment gateway.

Cons

Its missing feature is the ability to pre-insert a payment link into the generated document so the customer can pay electronically for what is being offered.

This software is amazing and is not a hassle to use. It's flexible, user friendly and an essential tool when it comes to entering orders efficiently.

Cons

There's only one issue I have noticed during tablet entry as when quantities and discounts are entered in the item form, the virtual keyboard pops up and ends up covering the ADD button. Because of that the keyboard has to be closed every time before continuing with a new entry. I feel like it would work much better if that button stayed visible outside the covered area so the input process could continue without interruption.

We used it to manage our technicians service orders and also to send orders from our agents. I have to say it's well built and has proven to be really useful.

Cons

The only thing I would have added perhaps is a free but lighter version.

Adding items is really quick which makes the whole process much faster to handle.

There's nothing in particular to point out as a downside aside from having to adjust the way you use it when switching from one tool to another.

Being able to select customers quickly and have the price list available directly inside the order is definitely useful.

Loading the price lists isn't always easy and if I need to send quotes, I am forced to involve the company every time.

I find it easy to use. Importing data from Excel is simple and the database is organized in a clear way. The order display is also easy to understand and well presented.

At the moment I have not come across any real issues. The only thing missing is the ability to manage a double price list for Italy/export and VAT/non VAT scenarios.

The professionalism and quick response in sorting out the small issues that came up have been really appreciated.

During order entry, having to press the add button multiple times is inconvenient. It would be much better if, after entering the item and quantity, the system moved straight to the next item automatically. Also when writing a note, if the cursor is still in the text box and you click the PDF icon, the note gets deleted. You have to click out of the box first and only then open the PDF.

Sending orders is pretty easy and not a hassle at all with this tool.

Cons

Calculating the product weight in kilograms and converting it into EUR is still a bit problematic.

Using Order Sender is very easy. Entering orders is extremely simple and it also lets you keep track of each customer's revenue for every individual company.

I honestly don't have any complaints to mention so it works perfectly well as it is.
