“Real partners for reporting success”
Pros
Working with ORM is much more like having a committed partner than just using a vendor. Their team is genuinely invested in helping you succeed and works closely with you to build a reporting platform that supports your organization's goals and overall success.
Cons
Since the product is highly customizable, you really need to have your requirements clearly defined upfront. On top of that most changes still have to be handled by the tools engineering team so I'd love to see the platform offer more self service options down the road.

“revenue insights pack serious power”
Pros
Modern revenue and demand marketing teams all want the same thing such as a clear view of how their programs contribute to revenue and where they should invest more to drive results. The tool delivers on that and then some. The platform lets us report at a high level on MQLs, SQLs and revenue, while also giving us the ability to drill all the way down into program and channel performance even to specific keywords and ad campaigns. Another big plus is that it removes the need to depend on sales teams to manually keep SFDC fields updated correctly. Instead, it uses its own technology to analyze your marketing tech stack and show how marketing actually influenced a deal. For a marketer those insights are incredibly valuable.
Cons
We've been using it since 2016 and during that time the platform has expanded tremendously. This isn't really a complaint but there is an enormous amount of information available to work through. At times that can feel overwhelming. That said their team does a very good job of guiding us toward the most important data points for our business and helping us narrow things down to what matters most for us, our team and leadership.
