“Personalization feels stuck in past”
Pros
One helpful part is the ability to personalize webpages and bring content together in one place.
Cons
The landing page personalization options felt limited and outdated. I had to rely on a lot of workarounds just to make things look the way I wanted.

“Content hits exactly where needed”
Pros
PathFactory has been a strong fit for us because it lets us build highly personalized recommendations and microsites from the content we already have. That makes a big difference when it comes to getting the right content in front of the right prospect at the right moment. Another big plus is how well it integrates with our Marketo instance and forms, making the handoff into our marketing automation platform very hassle free. Getting everything up and running at the start was very easy and the customer experience team has been incredibly helpful throughout.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the interface which seems a bit dated and can be tricky to navigate. A lot of the time you have to jump back and forth between different sections just to complete what you are trying to do. It also has a tendency to tuck options away and similar tools are sometimes labeled with different naming conventions which can make things more confusing than they need to be.
