Peimi has taken all the manual effort out of managing our commissions. A process that used to live in messy spreadsheets is now automated and transparent so the team can always see exactly what they've earned and when payments are coming. The commission tracking and payouts are clear and dependable and it saves us a massive amount of time every month. Getting started went well and the platform is genuinely simple to use.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. Setting up the commission rules comes with a brief learning curve at first but once everything is in place, it pretty much runs itself. A couple of the more advanced customizations took some back and forth, though the team was always quick to jump in and help.

The app is simple to use, quick and very user friendly. The management team is also excellent. It's a flexible platform that stays open to the company's requirements, adapts well and shows a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Both the application and the support team show a very high level of capability and stay customer focused at all times.
