One thing I really like about it is how simple it is to keep track of job changes within my contact list. It automatically refreshes their details which helps me reach out at the right moment for promotions and marketing efforts. This makes staying current with contacts much more convenient.

Cons

It is definitely useful overall but there are times when the information it provides is not completely accurate.

Keeping clients organized and having alerts automated based on each case has been really helpful.

Cons

Adjusting to it took a little time at first since we were coming from Pipedrive but within a month I was able to learn the tools and get comfortable using everything.
