Pros

Pitcher worked well as a central place to manage our sales content and keep everything in one repository. It was useful for locating literature, storing PowerPoint presentations and letting sales reps tailor their decks for specific customers.

Cons

At times it could be a bit glitchy and the platform was missing some more advanced capabilities especially when it came to clearly viewing analytics and tracking rep or customer engagement.
