“Team collaboration became way clearer”
Pros
It's been really useful for coordinating work across teams, keeping people connected and giving real time visibility into project progress. It's a powerful platform with practical features that make managing work and collaborating much simpler.
Cons
The reporting could be more user friendly and the search function still has some technical issues that need attention.

“gelp saw every project across portfolio”
Pros
Handling a large portfolio of projects with it has been excellent because it lets us keep full visibility even when several initiatives are moving at once which is especially valuable in fast paced business settings. It also helps us quickly spot the activities that need the most attention from project managers by reviewing Gantt charts or boards and that tracking can be tied directly to the financial plan, resource management and even the recording and validation of project milestones. With this tool, we're able to monitor projects in a very comprehensive way and cut down the costs linked to supervision since it supports efficient planning, execution and control, while also producing very detailed reports for stakeholders.
Cons
It is a very complete solution that gives us full 360 degree visibility and it works well for experienced project managers or people who have already been trained in this area. At the same time anyone without a good background in project management theory may find it somewhat labor intensive to get comfortable with features like capacity planning, versioning, API support, critical path and others. Even with that learning curve, it remains a strong platform built to manage both smaller projects and larger project portfolios and it supports collaboration across the organization.

“well organized tool”
Pros
Using it gives us a very accurate view of the real status of a project and helps us manage all of our projects with a high level of precision. Building schedules in it is also well organized and it does a good job of connecting activities and project areas with the right relationships. The automatic scheduling is especially useful for determining activity start and finish dates. Another big advantage is that it provides the contract related information we need and helps us calculate actual delay periods for claims. Also it is excellent for working out precise completion percentages and comparing them against what was originally planned. On top of that it helps us keep track of financial matters effectively and the reports and charts created in it make the financial status of the project much clearer to understand.
Cons
The downside is that it is not very simple to use because a planning and scheduling specialist really needs to understand the tools and how they function in order to use them properly. To get the full benefit of it, anyone using it should be ready to invest enough time in learning and training.

“Task tracking covered everything needed”
Pros
This has been an awesome project management tool and pretty much everything needed in one place. Tracking tasks across the team is also effortless and very easy.
Cons
Well the only downside is that it gets a bit expensive as the number of users goes up.

“crashed too often”
Pros
One useful part is that the interface can be customized and it gives a weekly view of the time spent across different tasks. It's fairly basic overall and doesn't try to do anything too advanced.
Cons
At the same time the interface is full of bugs. Columns and rows randomly vanish and only reappear after refreshing the page. On top of that the Submit button doesn't show any response in the UI even though it apparently still sends the timesheet.

“Dashboards adapted to every project”
Pros
Running several projects at once is very manageable with this tool and it lets us adjust task priorities whenever needed. The interface is user friendly and the dashboard can be tailored to match the specific way our business works.
Cons
The initial setup was time consuming and it also doesn't connect with the other programs our team uses.

“Project visibility was always clear”
Pros
Getting projects organized in it is very easy. Resource assignment is simple, progress can be tracked clearly and requesting status updates doesn't take much effort. With just a few clicks it's possible to get an overall view of the project, spot potential risks and decide on the next actions. The Outlook integration is also very useful for pulling in contacts and being able to access it from any device is a big plus.
Cons
One thing I really miss is a desktop application since having that option would make it even better.

“Features were strong”
Pros
It is easy to use and the setup process didn't take much effort. It integrates well with CRM and accounting systems and the open APIs are a big plus when integrations need more flexibility. There's also a wide range of customizable features for things like scheduling, costing, time cards and project or task management. On top of that the reporting is very amazing.
Cons
Salesforce syncing can be unreliable at times whether data is moving in or out. The system also has moments where it works slow or becomes unresponsive especially when working with large volumes of data. Pricing is on the high side as well.

“allow manage everything from one place”
Pros
This tool looks like the Rolls Royce of project management platforms. The functionality is incredibly powerful and there's honestly very little to criticize in terms of what it can do.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is the steep learning curve since it handles workflows in very specific ways. It's an excellent system but you really need someone dedicated to learning it first and then training the rest of the team.
