“functionality was strong”

Pros

The functionality has been really amazing and their support team deserves a lot of credit. I used it for a year and when my subscription was accidentally auto renewed, they stepped in and helped me sort it out quickly even though it was my mistake. I really liked that.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. I only stopped using it because my needs changed.
